L'hotel Arno che avevo scelto nella mia prenotazione sarebbe stato bello... Purtroppo al mio arrivo alle ore 18 mi hanno comunicato che c'era stato un errore nella prenotazione e all'Hotel Arno dove avevo prenotato non c'era la mia camera... N. B. Booking assegna la camera al momento della prenotazione. Camera prenotata a febbraio, pagata 10 giorni prima dell'arrivo.

Cons:

Hanno venduto più camere di quelle che avevano disponibili.. Dopo 2 ore di attesa e discussione ci hanno dirottato su un altro hotel, lontano, scomodo, squallido e senza parcheggio. Titolare introvabile... Dipendenti desolati e sconsolati per il disagio enorme che ci hanno provocato. Come noi anche altre famiglie erano senza camera... Dopo ore di viaggio e attesa. Allucinante, inconcepibile, vergogna!!!

Il materasso, sostituito dopo la prima notte, ma anche il secondo era di bassa qualità, praticamente ho dormito sulle molle.
