Hotel Napoleon

Nettes, älteres Hotel, dass liebevoll in Schuss gehalten wird- die Eigentümerfamilie sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, toller Pool, Direktanbindung zum Meer - mangels eigenem Restaurant haben wir aber wirklich tolle Tipps für das Abendessen erhalten, keine 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt (zu Fuß).
Auch auf Wünsche (zwecks Lage der Zimmer) unkompliziert im Vorfeld gemanagt - ci vediamo!

I have never had such good hospitiality from a hotel
Mario and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Always on hand to offer advice or just greet you with a friendly smile. You can really tell its family run.
Don't miss the complimentary lunch, very delcious in a lovely setting on the terrace. I had requested a kettle which they kindly provided and even droppoed me to the bus station when I was running late. Such a charming & quicky hotel. Would return again in a heart beat. Thank you : )

Wonderful family hotel, Comfortable room and bed with beautiful pool area.
Breakfast was extremely varied with pastries, fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt and a variety of breads with honey and jam, et cetera.
The only thing we found strange was you had to pay for your coffee and orange juice But, they offer a free lunch I believe if you stay more than three nights and that was delicious. Be sure to order it in the morning.
Would definitely stay again and it’s quirky,homely with wonderful staff. Mario the Manager and his mamma are delightful and very helpful.
Very relaxing and nothing was too much trouble made you feel extremely welcome.

Teppich im Zimmer finde ich nicht so gut, war aber alles immer sauber keine Beanstandung toll.

Waren ein paar schöne Tage in Jesolo das Familiengeführte Hotel war ech Klasse,sehr zu empfehlen 👌😍🤗

Until now, I thought Japan had the friendliest people in the world. But it´s not necessary to travel so far to get a warm welcome – it´s all there at Napoleon Hotel in Lido di Jesolo, amazing weather as an added bonus. The owner and the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. If in America that question is „How are you“ like a “ hello“, the question asked by Mario seemed so genuine that a second later I found myself telling a longer story about the events of previous day. I was delighted with the delicious black bread that was included in the daily breakfast assortment. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, the morning cappuccino was made by the barista chef and was fabulous :). We didn´t order lunch in advance like necessary, but they found a way to offer us delicious pasta. Later they asked every day if we would stay at the hotel for lunch, it was so kind from them :). The warm pool was like a luxury. We used this option several times during the day. There were always enough sunbeds and well kept plants make the pool area so cozy. There was also a gym, which we didn´t use, but if want to keep fit, the selection there is sufficient. It was also possible to rent free very stylish bicycles to explore the surroundings. The room was very comfortable, the bed was great for resting, the ceiling fan cooled nicely. It´s convenient for traffic that the bus station is within walking distance. Napoleon is well and heartily cared for a whole team.

This hotel has a wonderful location directly by the sea and with a pool. Cosy family hotel with a fantastic italian hospitality. Very kind and helpful people. Breakfast is ok, you need to pay for the fresh orange juice. Parking is fine. Rooms are well equiped, airconditioned a clean!

Toller Urlaub, Zimmer mit Meerblick war traumhaft. Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Passt alles: Lage, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit.👍👍👍

Das Hotel hat einfach Charme!

Hotel is located on the beach, almost every room has a view/side view on the sea. Our view was not so spectacular because of the pine tree in the front of our balcony. But mom's room was on the upper floor and the view was amazing. Rooms (we had junior suite) are really spacious, with AC and small fridge. I would like kettle in the room.... Also amenities in bathroom is limited, only soap, tissues, hairdryer. Towels are provided, but no beach towels. I would appreciate more comfort - more little things for 4* hotel. Housekeeping was ok, rooms were really clean. Breakfast was a bit limited, but maybe due to covid restriction. Fresh fruit was perfect, amazing bread. Maybe more fresh baked cakes... Absolutely delicious coffee. This is a must in Italy :) You can eat inside and outside on small side terrace. Pool is beautiful, always clean and even the hotel was full, the pool was not crowded. Parking is provided by the hotel, is free, next to the hotel and is partially covered. Wifi is free too, but it is really weak :( Beach is like everywhere in Jesolo, hotel has its private part with sunbeds & umbrellas. And the best of this hotel is the staff. The owner is one amazing lady, she always greeted us with honest smile and kind word. And also the rest of the staff is very friendly, nice, we felt like at home. If you would like a perfect holiday, choose hotel Napoleon.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lido di Jesolo!

There is basically nothing more to say than that this family run jewel of a hotel offers everything you could expect.
Service, rooms, food, atmosphere, staff, cleanliness, ... is 5 star plus. From the warm welcome to the moment we had to leave, we felt more like staying at close friends than at a hotel.

Best family hotel ever, great location, excellent food, good service, nice pool, quite and peacefull atmosphere. All in all everything that is needed for the perfect holiday. Visited two times this year and was perfect. Thanks.

Most important: the owner's eyes are watching the operation all day!
I hate the big crowd, and if I have to walk hundreds of feet in the sand to the sea... but this place is not like that…. Although it was almost a full house, it was not crowded. The sea is really a few meters away and there is always a free umbrella for hotel guests,even for free! The pool at the hotel is very pleasant and really clean. Kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and the breakfast and other meals are very delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked property, the minibar was filled daily, so overall, we enjoyed ourselves very well! We're sure to come back!

Very nice hotel with extreme friendly personal (who are the owners of the hotel). Beachfront with really nice breakfast. The street with all the bars, restaurants and shops is just behind the hotel. Overall really satisfied with our stay here! Only keep in mind it might be a little bit louder (we have this few days when they clean the garbage on the street around 4-5am).

Nach einem schnellen Willkommen und der Übergabe des Zimmers konnten wir mit der Unterstützung des Hotelpersonals unser Gepäck rasch ins Zimmer bringen und danach das Hotel und die nähere Umgebung begutachten. Das Zimmer war für uns drei überraschend geräumig. Aus unserer Sicht ungewöhnlich für italienische Verhältnisse. Der Frühstücksbereich - aus drei Teilen bestehend: Innenraum, Terrasse und Wintergarten - war sehr einladend und das tägliche Frühstücksbuffet reichlich und gut. Das Service war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Leider haben wir kein Abendessen im Hotel eingenommen, daher ist keine Aussage dazu möglich. Der Swimmingpool des Hotels und der dazu gehörende Liegebereich gefallen, allerdings wurde dieser von uns nicht in Anspruch genommen, da uns das Meer und der Sandstrand mehr gefallen. Das Hotel Napoleon verfügt über einen eigenen Privatstrand mit Längsreihen an Sonnenschirmen und Sonnenliegen bzw. Sonnenstühlen. Die Anzahl der Schirme und Liegen ist mehr als ausreichend, sodass am Morgen es keiner Eile bedarf, um noch einen schönen Platz zu erlangen. Ein zusätzliches "kleines" Plus dafür, dass die Schirme in den ersten Reihen in der Früh schon aufgespannt sind. An der Rezeption war man uns immer sehr hilfreich. Mit der Sprache deutsch kommt man im Hotel sehr gut zurecht, da es auch heimische Mitarbeiterinnen gibt. Die Restauranttipps, die wir an der Rezeption erhalten haben, haben sich als überaus zufriedenstellend erwiesen. Summa summarum: Sehr gut!

Great location, very good service and the owners are a very nice family and give the hotel a special family touch.

På ninus siden er der ikke priser tilgængelig på noget som mad, drikke, strandhåndklæder osv. hvilet er irriterende.

Personligt tænker jeg at det nok er mere 3 stjerner end 4
