Meget personale, og generalt rigtig flinke. Selvfølgelig nogle bedre end andre.
God placering, god pris, lækkert hotel og fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Insgesamt hat alles gepasst.
Pros:

Der Koch hat sehr gut gekocht. Auch die Portionen waren reichlich.

Cons:

Ich war allein unterwegs und da möchte ich mehr Aufmerksamkeit vom Personal. Beim Abendessen 2h allein am Tisch zu sitzen macht mir keinen Spaß. Immer wieder nach dem Bedienpersonal ausschau zu halten ist nicht mein Ding.

We hebben een fantastische week beleeft in en om Burg Hotel Feldberg
Pros:

We hadden een prachtige, grote kamer met uitzicht op de piste. Dat beviel uitstekend.
Half pension waarbij het elke dag weer genieten was met het eten.
Hotel staat tegen de piste en skiverhuur aan. Gemakkelijker ga je het niet krijgen.

Cons:

Kussen, zo dun, dat je het geen kussen mag noemen.
Verder vonden wij het bed erg hard maar het is maar wat je gewend bent.

Wonderful hotel but terrible experience cost us way more than planned
Pros:

Location: The hotel is situated precisely next to the ski lift, so it was absolutely perfect in terms of distance for skiing.
Room: Very spacious, really wonderful 'chalet' vibe, clean and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

No 24hr reception: Our plane landed late, so we had to book ANOTHER room in ANOTHER hotel for one night as the burg wouldn't keep reception open for us. No reimbursement, no placation of any kind, not even a sorry.
Water: The hotel is half board, so you're reliant on them for meals, drinks etc. *They charged extra for tap water* cost 2.5 euro for 500ml.
Meals: A miscommunication occurred whereby the kitchen thought we wouldn't attend dinner and they attempted to charge us extra for our dinner despite us already having paid half board.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft super zufrieden. Super Lage, direkt an der Skipiste. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, das Abendessen war sehr lecker, Frühstück reichte vollkommen aus. Zimmer waren sauber. Wellnessbereich schön.

Très bel emplacement
Pros:

L'accès direct aux pistes de ski, l'espace welness, la grande chambre familiale ainsi que le petit déjeuner varié et le dîner. Je recommande cet hôtel également pour l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le canapé lit était un peu étroit pour 2 grand adolescents

Die Lage des Hotels war super. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Abendessen war meiner Meinung nach sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Pistenblick gewünscht, bekamen aber eines fast ganz hinten im Hotel, von dem aus man die Piste nicht sehen konnte. Wir hatten erwartet, dass der Wellnessbereich zumindest einen Whirlpool hätte, es gab aber nur Sauna.
Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen guten Aufenthalt.

Würde für einen einwöchigen Skiurlaub wiederkommen!
Pros:

Gutes, nicht überbordendes Frühstücksbüfet; gutes Mittagsangebot, sehr gute Abendmenüs, bei flexibler Gesatltungsmöglichkeit. Alles sehr bekömmlich, auch bei empfindlichen Magen. Ideale Lage für Kinder, die einen Skikurs besuchen bzw. selbständig die Pisten nutzen.

Cons:

Etwas mühsames Ein- und Auspacken in der Hotelgarage und Übergang zum Hotel bei reichlicher Schneelage. Bei sehr schwierigen Pistenbedingungen wenig Alternativen, abgesehen von einer sehr guten Sauna.
