Pros:

friendly staff especially Hannah in reservations who dealt with our amended booking. The bed was very comfy and cosy.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing- only one style of eggs - scrambled. Dinner was also very rushed with the preordered food being rushed out. Games facilities were good fun. An enjoyable stay

Pros:

Nice place to stay.
Small bedroom, although as a solo travelling female i didn't feel comfortable having my window open so wide anyone could have climbed in, this did make me wake a few times in the night as it was too warm to leave open.

Staff could have been better to explain the facilities, and the food situation was rather confusing with no explanation, i was pretty much able to go and help myself to a 3 course buffet without payment or question from the team. I may have chosen this if i knew about it, but no information about.
Table scan option didn't work for ordering food, little disappointing had to join the busy bar que.
but the bar dishes where nice - not too much choice on the menu either

Great stay
Pros:

Perfect for our 1 night stay. The beds were comfy and clean and the shower was amazing! Very powerful. The 2 extra pillows were a bonus. 1 very small gripe- the throw cushions on the bed were stained which could’ve been picked up on by the cleaning crew. Apart from that, I can’t fault it! Will definitely be back when we’re next in the area

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Helpful staff, beautifully clean hotel, great food and a comfortable bed. Aircon in the room would have been nice, it was hot weather and difficult to keep the room cool enough to sleep well.

Great for a nights stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Willows on a one night golf Break and were delighted with the friendliness of all the staff and their willingness to help. The free tea coffee machines are a revelation having stayed at the Waterfront in the past and paid an arm and a leg for a tea and coffee. We were on a bed and breakfast basis so cannot comment on the evening meal but will say the breakfast was fine albeit the school canteen atmosphere. Our room was fine clean comfortable the rooms all being on the ground floor well appointed with safe iron hairdryer tea and coffee facilities TV and a good bathroom with a good shower which really did have hot water !!!
As I have mentioned we have always stayed at the waterfront when enjoying a golf Break at Wyboston but will now consider the Willows for future breaks. Thanks go to all the staff for their friendly helpful attitude which enhanced our stay thanks again
