Gozde Deniz Hotel

Malheureusement très médiocre J’ai appris que le gérant était souffrant et beaucoup de chose est laissé à l’abandon Pas de TV ni frigo et dans la 1ère chambre qu’on nous a proposé ni TV ni climatisation

This was the worst “hotel” I’ve ever been in my entire life (I’m 48 years old).
I doubt if that place could be even open, just by health and safety minimum standards.
It was the dirtiest room and reception I’ve ever been.
The daily room service didn’t happen. The toiletries didn’t exist, except for 1 toilet paper roll half used.
The room was tinny and really old, with many things broken.
The hotel service was inexistente, except when one of the personnel started slamming my room’s door and trying to opening it (luckily I had it locked) at 11:30 am of the last day and shouting “checkout, checkout!”, when the specified checkout time was 12:00 as per the booking specifications.
How can Hotels.com advertise such a place and give it a score of 8.0, I really don’t understand.

Overall good value for the price. Perfect location. Hotel looked/felt older than it looked in the pictures. And not very clean.

Sitede bulunan oda, lobi gibi fotoğraflarla otelin ilgisi yok. Bu kötü yanı. İyi yanı ise merkezi bir konumda, otogar, çarşı plaj vs yerlere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlarla ilgili bir sorun yaşamadık, güleryüzlüydüler.

I've never stayed anywhere as bad as this!! No lamp shades on the lights, no bedside table, carpets fraying and coming away, not too clean. Breakfast awful, owner up late after a night on the raki. A bunch of men drinking till early hours, trying to use our toilet, an absolute nightmare of a place. The photographs on the web page are a total out and out lie! The place is nothing like the photos. There was an elderly gentleman there who did his best to make us feel welcome but the other man, who had been drinking, thought it was funny when my husband complained about someone using our toilet. We had my mother with us who is 90 years of age, I doubt she'd have been laughing if she'd got up in the night to find a drunk man in the toilet!!! Springs coming through the mattress. Oh my God....I cant express more how bad this place was. I wish I could get my money back, it wasn't worth paying for at all....they should have paid us for staying there!!! Flipping disgusting!!
