Don't go here you will be disappointed very poor standards in hotel. Don't be deceived by photos
Pros:

Girl on last morning spoke a little english and did apologise.

Cons:

We booked a premium room and this was definitely not premium experience. Just awful. Will be contesting bill with credit card company. Unfortunately had to pay on check in.No safe in room or valuables storage available, which meant we had to keep everything with us all the time.Reception said OK because they have cctv on reception but both mornings I went to reception he was asleep and I had to wake him up by knocking on the counter to awaken him. Was offered other rooms but when shown them they stank of mould so refused them. Even the staff member agreed that they smelt.
Lock on inside of bedroom door did not work. Thank goodness we could use the security chain.
Bars on all windows so pray there is never a fire.
Receptionist at night a very young man who couldn't speak english, didn't wear a uniform, just looked like he had stepped off his scooter with his rain mac on. He did try but not easy using mobile to communicate.
I had to communicate through typing into mobile because he didn't speak english.
Kettle didn't work.
Room had been smoked in although it should be non smoking. Cigarette butt on window cill inside. Floor dusty and dirt in cornets and under furniture.
Told reception number 1000 but this does not work, never did find correct number. It is not correct in info in room or on phone.
Fridge had to be unplugged because it made so much noise.
Mould around silicone on bath and sink
Flies in light shade in bathroom. General maintenance and decor poor, scuff marks, holes in walls, polyfilled areas not resanded and repainted just left.
Lights kept flickering in main room, I think one of spots is on the blink.
Fire doors left propped open. So security and fire risk
Poor local area did not feel safe
Wedding venue so several weddings going on both nights. Not informed in advance that this could be disruptive.
Breakfast not as described and pictured. Kettle for making hot drink absolutely filthy and produced scummy coffee.

Pros:

Ich buchte für 4 Nächte und ich merkte gleich bei meiner Ankunft, dass das nicht das richtige Hotel für mich war. Das Hotel-Management war so nett und gab mir einen Refund für zwei Nächte.
- zu abgelegen
- Von außen ein tolles Gebäude, innen vernachlässigt, ohne Style, wie ein böhmisches Dorf.
- Bett zu weich und wohl schon 20 Jahre alt.
- keinen einzigen internationalen TV-Sender.
