Very comfortable, good location, friendly staff, great amenities
Pros:

The amenities were great, staff were very friendly. Amazing soundproofing. Beds were comfy. Location good.

Cons:

Fridge in room seemed to freeze some items but was great at keeping things cold.

Une chambre petite dans un quartier assez central mais trop « froid » pour moi.
Pros:

Le personnel gentil. Le système pour la distribution des serviettes et pyjamas. Le restaurant en bas est bon et agréable. La position dans la ville permet de rayonner facilement. Le prix était très correct pour un service honnête.

Cons:

Compliqué pour trouver l’entrée, le panneau pour dire que c’est au second étage est moins visible que celui qui renvoie au restaurant, qui lui même renvoie au panneau… La chambre est la plus petite que j’aie eue au Japon, et mériterait un rafraîchissement.

Perfect location to roam around Tokyo.
Pros:

Location was perfect, a 1 minute walk to the nearest train station exit. A lot of bars and restaurants around the area since it's right smack in the center of Roponggi.

Cons:

The room we got was in an odd shape. We expected a tight room since we booked a budget room and that this is the norm in Tokyo hotels, but the room we got felt a little bit tighter and cramped because it was an odd corner room.

L'emplacement, la qualité des chambres, le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié.

Cons:

Si les chambres sont de qualité, elles sont très petites (largeur du lit + 80 cm. Pas de place pour ranger une valise.
