Very friendly people and enjoyed our stay

Stayed for a night and its ok.

Staffs are excellent. Properly is unsafe and dirty

Great stay for the price. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only problem was no toilet seat or fridge.

Cable didn't have a remote. And the wifi was so weak I had to use data.

This is a decent transitional place ideal for 1-3 nights stay to be close to downtown and the port of Ormoc.

Rooms could do with hanging space for or a wardrobe clothes

Wifi was not functioning well in the other room and I was moved. So far it’s good for a night. The pillows was smelling rotten eggs, I called the housekeeper and changed my pillows. Staff are accommodating though.

Spacious. We’re comfortable during our stay at this hotel.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Room was only cleaned on request. Sheets were not changed once in 2 weeks. CR had a terrible odor. Switched rooms and still had issues with CR.

I always booked this boutique hotel with my family back home. They have fantastic services and a convenient location.

The location is excellent and the security staff very helpful when parking my motorcycle. Check-in was disappointing, being asked to wait for 15 mins before the room was a available at 7pm.

Not so good.

Clean, however thr aircond room 418 needs replacement. Manual control only, however the compressor inadequate to supply chilled air.

No Toiletries in the bathroom, they only give it to you if you ask for it. They also said they run out of Kleenex. Bathroom is clean but outdated. Room accomodation is ok.

I made reservation for my gf and two nieces for one night...when I tried call hotel, the reception girl answered then hung up right away....I called right back and she never answer....I called a least 10 times to ask important questions but she just blew me off...when gf arrived next day after check-in time, her room was dirty and not cleaned...she was assigned a new room, but the comfort room smelled so bad...she called down to reception and girl came up to spray air freshener, but that did nothing to rid the odor....the wifi was very poor...this is the second time I made reservation at this hotel, first time was when I was there in May 2018, and when I arrived to check-in late afternoon, the room was never cleaned...when I came off the elevator, the entire hallway was so dark from all the lights being burned out...I was mad and left there to go to different hotel...I will never again book a room at this hotel in the future because of the very poor customer service and conditions of this hotel😱😡😡😡

I had 16 days in novo hotel and its ok for what it cost. 24/7 service and breakfast can be ordered even it sometimes tock a long time to get delivered to the room and cleaning happened when ordered at some point doing the same day.
