Leaking faucet, no toilet paper, dirty bathroom. :( but room is big for family of 6!

We had fun stay and easy accessible to all amenities
We liked the location. The washroom has a floor with quite a slope on it so the shower water can cross the floor to a drain under the sink.The drain was very slow , up to 3/3 of an hour to drain; so you walk through water on a sloping floor. Staff just shrugged and said its just like that. No room cleaning, the matress is wrapped in plastic, sweaty to sleep on, the place is terrible and i would not stay there again if it were free

A/c fjernbetjening virkede ikke, fik skiftede batteri så virkede den igen.

Power kept going off no lift to fourth floor and the room very dark

- infront of stop for tricycles/motor taxis

Cons: - building is old and needs serious renovations
- elevator is not working and had to walk up flight of stairs up to 5th floor to my room
pls. fix your elevator!!! no elevator and our room is on the 5th floor and we have bikes and bags to carry.
My room, thev only one available was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. NO ELEVATOR. I'm 74 years old. Do you need any more feedback. I walked out and paid for a room elsewhere. Refund please.
Location was in a ok place, the bad was that there's no elevator and had to walk up and down 5 floors if stairs.... No hot water in my room, ac was horrible and bed was ever worse...

Room is spacious and the location is in the city
No elevator to get to the top floor. No locks on the door and Aircon didn't work.
This place is right in the middle of town with many places to eat and go shop. The room staff as well as the receptionists were very helpful and jovial. Sadly our door was broken and the place was a bit rundown.
Very centrally and clean
I couldn't make the tv work and needed them to make it work for me,it would not change to hdmi so I could not run the laptop through it.when I turned it off to sleep I could not make it work again so I gave up
