Pros:

The place was slightly dumpy, albeit adequate. Good price and friendly staff. A bit of a good- time place. Lots of comings and goings. :)

Will stay again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff . Good supply different drinks available.

Cons:

What i did not like was that i could have gotten the same price without a reservation . And the fact that i stayed less than 12 hours i could have gotten an even cheaper price.
So making my discount for frequent reservations was of no good value .

If you want cheap and nasty this is your hotel!

Cheap.

Cons:

Never replied to messages or emails, wrong phone number provided when booked, clueless children working at the front desk, run down building, damaged fixtures, leaking plumbing. After we checked in and paid they tried to say we were never there and raised a 'no show' claim through Booking.com.

Great if you want cheap, nasty and annoying..

The room had hot water and AC. The door lock seemed to work.

Cons:

The place is a disgusting joke. Very run down and in need of urgent repairs. Staff that refuse to answer the phone (we did get hung up on) or reply to emails and even text messages. I needed to arrange a local friend of a friend to physically go there and speak to them to confirm our booking as our arrival time was outside their narrow check in time.
When we arrived and questioned them as to why they dont reply to calls or emails they told us it 'may' be due to the public holidays. Then we found out that the number provided on the booking site 'may' be wrong. Damaged electrical, leaking plumbing, damaged floors and door trims. Staff wanted me to provide my own booking confirmation even though they had their own copy in front of them. They can't even read the booking information as we had booked 2 rooms but they only charged full price for 1 (their loss). Internet super slow and kept dropping out. When we questioned the young inexperienced girl at the front desk she just stared at us blankly and then ignored the question.
When booked online it states check in is between 2-4pm yet the reception was still staffed at 9:30pm when returning from dinner?? The toiletries they use are from a different hotel.
Stay anywhere else but here. To think this establishment is in the customer service industry...

The hotel stay was comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful people who did everything they could to ensure a pleasant experience.

Cons:

Pricy for what it was, but limited choice in the area so maybe understandable.

bad things , first there are few hiden rules , like no visitor in room , or surcharge for alkohol brought from outside, please look full rules i enclosed picture of it.Hotels.com supposed to informe customers about that on the description.Window in the room was just blinde and face brick wall, look picture, that also supposed to be described.
Room.old and need paint, tv was ok , cleaning daily but upon request.Often black out , but they have generator so no problem.Internet was slow , but working.
Outside very noisy and many traffic , mostly tricycles , but inside quiet place.
Overal, not perfect , but in compare to other landmarkes in the town , still acceptable.
