Pros:

Well , this place just opened since the government allowed tourist back in. When we showed up the brand new staff had no idea we were coming. I pulled out the printed Expedia reservation, but I don't thnk the girl at the front desk even know what Expedia was. We were early and asked if we could store our bags there, but we got resistance. The place is geared for Filipinos only. Our room was missing a toilet seat. ( not an uncommon thing in the Philippines ). Also, had no mirror in the bathroom. No amenities at all at this place. We ended up switching room, to one with a toilet seat. It was cheap, not with it.

Pros:

Large comfortable rooms,good hosts and a nice touch is the water dispenser in reception giving both hot and cold water.The street on which the rooms are is currently being used as the main road for construction workers building a new hotel,however this should be completed soon.

Pros:

This hotel is close to beach. Road to beach is horrible during rainy season. You can hardly see the responsible person in hotel. It is not a hotel actually like a guest house. Even I asked to clean the room 3 days no one cleaned the room. Room number 5 was big. The other room's bathrooms are so small.

Friendly staff and worth the price
Pros:

Good location but terrible wifi. Staff / Receptionist was friendly. Its worth the price though.
