- özellikle wc düzeni çok kötü resmen sığamadık.
- Sıcak suyun elektrik şofben ile sürekli gidip gelmesi sıkıntılı idi.
-204 no lu odanın klozetine lütfen bir kere oturun benim 190 üzeri bir insan için kafanızı seramik köşesine vurmama konusunda başarılar dilerim :( .

2 nights at the hotel
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is very well located and within walking distance from the train station. The area is central with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room generally covers the basic needs for a short stay.

Cons:

In one of the rooms I rented, I could not get the hot water to work. To their credit, the hotel did send someone to check it after I reported the issue. However, the room could also benefit from having more toiletries.

Another point — and this is not exactly a criticism of the hotel but something future guests should be aware of — is that the walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms.

Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of hearing the couple next door having very loud sex for two nights in a row. So if by any chance you stayed in room 203 between April 3rd and April 5th and happen to read this: please have some basic decency next time. Other people are trying to rest and not everyone wants to be forced to listen to your moaning and shouting through the walls. You are not alone in the building.

I would also hope the hotel ensures proper cleaning and sheet changes between guests.

The room itself was really great, it was clean enough and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the square. It was really well located within a ten minutes walk from Köln Hbf with a heavy bag each. You could also see the cathedral from our room!

Cons:

Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, so we got there at 3:02pm only to find that our room still wasn’t ready, meaning we waited until roughly 3:20pm to receive our key card. When we got up to our room the cleaner was still in there cleaning!! So we had to wait another five minutes to be able to get into our room. This wasn’t that big a deal but we found it disappointing considering someone could’ve been rushing out this morning to meet the check-out time for the room to still not be ready for us checking in. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.
