Pros:

Emplacement sur la place avec vue sur la cathédrale ! Bonne isolation par rapport à l'extérieur mais un peu moins des voisins du dessus. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Il n'y a plus personne à l'accueil !

El ruido, no solo externo sino especialmente interno. Los niños y adultos dando portazos a toda hora fue realmente incomodo. El calentador de agua no funcionaba bien, di aviso al chico del aseo y nada cambió

The location is perfect, the size of the room, like a little apartment was surprisingly big and a comfortable big bed. Soundproof windows for outside noices.

Cons:

No soundproofing of in side noices you hear a lot from upstairs. No cleaning of the room during my stay and no staff as it is all with a digital check in. QR code didn't work at screen so had to find the codes etc when I thought I was prepared.

Die zentrale Lage. Das geräumige Zimmer. Die unkomplizierte Art "Probleme" telefonisch zu lösen - es gab ein paar Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In aber Sabine hat mir schnell helfen können!

Cons:

Es war ein wenig staubig.

Es gab zwar eine Kaffeemaschine (inkl Kapseln) aber es wäre auch schön gewesen ein kleines Wasserkocher zu haben (für Tee)

מלון גרוע ויקר במיקום טוב מאוד
Pros:

מיקום מאוד מרכזי אבל רועש מאוד בסופי שבוע ומוקדם בבוקר שומעים את המנקים.
זה כל מה שטוב במלון הזה

Sleepless night at a great location
Pros:

The location was great, check in was smooth and had no problems with that.

Cons:

The duvet was dirty and had visible makeup stains, which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding.

Secondly, the inside of the kettle was extremely dirty and heavily calcified, giving the impression that it had not been cleaned or maintained properly for a considerable time.

Lastly, the provision of toiletries was inadequate. Only soap and body wash were available, with no shampoo or other basic toiletries provided. Good enough for one night.

Additionally, it would be appreciated if slippers were provided, as the bathroom floor is very cold and there is no underfloor heating. Earplugs would also be a welcome addition, as noise from the staircase and other hotel guests can be clearly heard, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. i kept waking up throughout the night and had a disruptive sleep.

It was very clean, in a great location, and the room was much larger than I expected.

Cons:

The hot water occasionally stopped working, but it was restored quickly. Also, there is no luggage storage service available on the day of check-out.
