Pros:

Die Zukunft: ohne(!) Personal. Sobald man die Hürden des Eincheckens überwunden hat, hat ein großzügiges, komfortables Zimmer unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Mitten in der Altstadt gelten, man fällt regelrecht ins muntere touristische Treiben in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kölner Dom, Parkhäuser in kurzer fussläufiger Entfernung. Preis/Leistung aus meiner Sicht sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zukunft: leider(!) ohne Personal. Gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen die Herausforderungen gemeistert, sehr kommunikativ. Einfaches Einchecken hätte uns nach der langen Anreise allerdings auch gut gefallen. Altstadt bedeutet natürlich auch, Kölsch-beseelten Sängern lauschen zu dürfen. Kleiner Tip an die Veranstalter: die Tel.Nr. des sehr freundlichen Service nach Abschluss der Buchung dem Gast mitteilen. Die Nummer findet man sonst erst, als die Probleme bewältigt waren...

Posizione centrale con parking sotterraneo molto vicino, insonorizzazione camera da letto

Cons:

Posacenere esterno dimenticato con mozziconi. Mancamza di almeno uno strofinaccio e spugna in cucina. Bagno piccolo privo di appoggi.

Very clean, modern, well located, relaxing
Pros:

Very modern, clean, central and convenient - 8 minutes walk from train station, and the UNESCO cathedral - even less if you catch the underground (only 1 stop). Delightful location, the window overlooks a very attractive old style, lively but not crazy plaza. A really relaxed café downstairs, also right on the plaza. The whole center of town is alll in walking distance. Great, chill way to experience Koln

Cons:

nothing really! I was thinking "Oh no,not another place with no host on site." But in fact, it works just fine, they've thought of most needs already, and if you do need some help, they answer the phone quickly and are quite friendly.
