Fahrstuhl vorhanden, große Dusche, sehr zentrale Lage, Check-out bis 11.00h.

Cons:

Kein Wasserkocher, keine Minibar, Cafè in Renovierung, komplett kontaktloses Einchecken.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Das sie absolut zentral mitten in der Stadt ist. Völlig ausreichend für ein bis zwei Übernachtungen und man eh „nur“ zum schlafen und duschen ein Zimmer braucht. Man hat Kontakt nur per Mail aber das so super schnell und sehr freundlich ☺️

Die Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Kein Personal Vorort, nicht Pünktlich ins Zimmer gekommen, vorher sogar noch vereinbart ein paar Min. früher aufs Zimmer zu kommen, weil wir eine Veranstalltung hatten. Und am Ende sogar noch 20 Min. Später das Zimmer beziehen können. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen, ist mir zu unzuverlässig.

観光には便利
Pros:

簡易キッチンがあり、お皿やカトラリーもあったため朝食にスープを作ったり出来たのが良かった。
喫煙者の方には小さいバルコニーがあるのでそこで吸えます。大聖堂や他観光地へは徒歩圏内、中央駅へも8分程と、立地は素晴らしいです。

Cons:

暖房設備はありましたが、部屋全体的に寒かったです。真冬ならもっと寒かったのでは、、、。

Toller Kundenservice und super Lage – mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist absolut unschlagbar und das Konzept eigentlich sehr ansprechend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den herausragenden Kundenservice: Nach einer kritischen Rückmeldung hat sich das Management (Alexandra) proaktiv, super freundlich und sehr lösungsorientiert bei uns gemeldet.

Man merkt, dass den Gastgebern das Wohl der Gäste doch wirklich am Herzen liegt!

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Pech mit der Zimmerzuteilung. Das Bad war in unserem Fall sehr beengt (Toilette nur schräg nutzbar) und bei der Sauberkeit im Bad (Dusche/WC-Bürste) gab es leider Mängel. Zudem war es durch Reinigungsarbeiten am Morgen recht unruhig im Flur, was in dem hellhörigen historischen Gebäude leider den Schlaf gestört hat. Der Baulärm von draußen ist in der Altstadt wohl aktuell unvermeidbar.

Fazit:
Auch wenn dieser Aufenthalt nicht perfekt war, hat der tolle Kontakt im Nachgang einiges wettgemacht.
Wir geben dem Hotel definitiv eine zweite Chance und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch in einem anderen Zimmer!
