Not the best one I have stayed at.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, customer service was great.

Cons:

The room and facility was to be desired. The pull out couch was dirty. The bathroom needed renovation. The room smelled bad like old grease. The beds are not comfortable. Lighting was not great either.

Pros:

Staff was pretty nice

Cons:

The microwave only works 2 days a 7 day stay. Trash was already in the trash cans. The tv was very low and wouldn't turn up. The handles on the shower were loss, and the blinds fell twice. We just put it back up or self because no one came to fix the microwave

Location from where I was going

The swimming wasn't open...the gym was bad and the breakfast was awful

Pool closed for maintenance
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is close to Memphis and a lot of restaurants as well.

Cons:

Pool was closed for maintenance. I wish I could have been informed as the pool was a special request for my daughter celebrating her birthday. Breakfast was ok. Several lights were not working in the room and tv had a dark line down the center. Both issues were reported immediately. Couldn’t get WiFi to work.

Good hotel!
Pros:

Hotel is cozy and staff is very friendly and welcoming!! And kind!! Breakfast was good and plentiful. You can however tell that the building may be older. We saw some stains and wear in the rooms and the hallway. There was also lots of garbage piled up at the garbage cans. Hotel itself is not dirty or messy.
