Business trip with a pleasant stay
Pros:

Too all the staff at this location I want to say thank you for a pleasant stay. Ms Tamika your staff has been on point with everything that I needed, starting with Charmaine at the front desk she went over and beyond with any requests that I had . Ben the maintenance man put a brand new TV in my room while I was at work because I was having issues with it. Last but not least, Derrick helped me with the setup of Netflix on my TV. Overall my stay was great and I will be back soon. Oh yea, I can't leave out Denise who got my day started with a good breakfast M-F. Thank you again to the entire Olive Branch Home 2 staff💯💯🫶

Pros:

Nice location but remember. It's not off the interstate I55. You will have to go aboout 10-15 miles but you will be in a great area. You are close to all need stores that's to shop. Over all, I had a really good stay and sleep at the Home 2 Suites. Also my room was everything I saw in the pictures on-line.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the Home 2 Suites Olive Branch location. The hotel was nicely appointed and welcoming upon entry. Charmaine at the front desk was especially warm and made the duration of our stay wonderful with her kind and personable demeanor. The rooms were clean and very spacious to accommodate my two groups of 6. The location of the hotel is perfect with so many restaurants and other shopping opportunities. There were no cons to our experience.

The price and the room I had the week befor was amazing

Cons:

This time when I stayed the doors was sticking shut and the drain in bathroom sink was stuck down and my first room was a dirty room that Hadden been cleaned from someone else staying and they had to swap my room and that one the hall way stunk and the doors dident like to open the sink in bathroom dident drain tv had dots on TV just wish it was a but cleaner my first stay the week prior was alot better

Staying cool this summer
Pros:

I have had great service here at Home2. My AC was not working properly. I spoke to the front desk and with in 10 Min Derik from Maintenance was at the door to look at the problem. He identified the issue and changed the AC unit quickly and professionally. He was very thoughtful. I would recommend staying here if you are in the area.
