אהבתי הכל העיצוב והקונספט הוא של שמירה על הטבע יש שימוש בחומרים מבמבוק המקום מעוצב עם הרבה עץ טביעי בדים, הריח כשנכנסים ובכל הקומות ריח נעים מאוד, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש לשימוש ציבורי, עם מטבעות מאוד פשוט לשימוש ובאותה קומה עם מכונת קפה, פינת ישיבה, גם חדר כושר קטן ואונסן עם מלתחות וסאנות יבשה ורטובה ושוב הכל מאוד אסטתי נקי ונעים

一顆星是給地點就在德島車站對面。
Check in前台位在像咖啡廳的收銀台，當我們找不到前台時，只好過去問貌似咖啡廳收銀台check in的位置，她比「三」我們以為在3樓，拖個三個大行李到3樓發現是宴會廳又下來，再走到前台問一次check in的位置她才說是三點check in，完全沒有指引要如何寄放大行李（之後看有兩位旅客也跟我們一樣找不到前台，明明前台的服務人員就有看到拖個行李的旅客也當作沒看到），入住後晚上九點回到1樓的小前台也沒看到工作人員，房間也沒有任何可以聯繫前台的電話，也就是入住後有任何問題一切靠自己，這是飯店？
當初會選這間就是因為有大浴場，但大浴場就是家裡六個浴缸放大版、很淺（有一個烤箱），沒有任何大浴場該有的卸妝乳、化妝水、乳液、梳子等等用品（必須自己帶去）。
房間雖然標榜有翻新，但不是全室翻新，部分裝潢很老舊，三人房西曬高溫悶熱，很不舒適。
來四國13天，住過高松、松山、高知，就以德島阿波觀光飯店最糟糕（價格並不便宜），不推！

Pros:

The breakfast (extra payment) was a choice between a traditional Japanese meal, a salad, and a western style meal. I stayed two nights and tried the salad one morning and traditional the next - both were excellent.
The single room was small, but not claustrophobic, and super cute!
The 4th floor was like a spa with an exercise room, gathering space, men and women’s big bath, also saunas.
The concierge gave great recommendations for dinners both nights.
We highly recommend this place!
