I love this location. It was just one issue, but we had fun.

Great! Clean, large rooms, lots of amenities!

Central to a lot of places to walk and the DCU center, clean, huge rooms with great amenities, nice pool area, and breakfast.

Breakfast was great! The hotel’s location was very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, and even though it was next to the highway, it was very quiet.

Good but humiliating

The hotel is absolutely amazing... It's one of our favorite places to stay for my kids birthday every year.

What I did not like about it was The weekend we had stayed there I guess there was a cheer competition so there were a lot of kids and their parents and coaches in the morning at the breakfast buffet trying to make everyone something to eat before they had to head out. I understood so I let many many many people go before me but at the same time I have two little ones that I have to feed as well and there was only one waffle maker and a few of the parents and the coaches approached me and told me I was disrespectful and ignorant because I wasn't letting their kids eat first and I said no no I let many many kids go before me and making my kids their waffles and it just turned into a really big thing it was extremely mortifying I was humiliated. I have a special needs daughter who was extremely upset because she didn't understand why they were yelling at me because she knew I let many many people go before me to make their waffles because I knew that they had to head out for the competition. But what am I to do when I have kids that need to eat too. The hotel staff completely ignored it no one came to my defense I was just being yelled at by parents and coaches and being looked at as if I was inconsiderate and ignorant and it was just really uncomfortable.
