Grumpy, intrusive staff at a lovely facility.
Pros:

I asked the front desk for assistance since I was a mom traveling with an infant and a child. I was denied and met with short answers referring me to policies rather than a warm conversation with willingness to problem solve.

Cons:

The staff member I spoke with was standoffish and inconsiderate. Another member knocked on my door while I was packing up to Check out to harass me about my payment method, which turned out to be an error on their part since my stay was paid for in full.

Great place to stay especially if you're planning on going to the DCU Center
Pros:

The personal touches, being able to text if I needed anything. Loved how close it was to the DCU center

Cons:

Only issue was our door key kept not working. Staff was very helpful, night staff tried to fix it and we thought it was good but by morning it wasn't working again. A maintenance guy was sent within a couple of hours and it was fixed the rest of the time of our stay! Was a little surprised there wasn't bacon or sausage option at breakfast but everything else was great

Room was bigger than expected. Location was within walking distance to the arena for the event we were staying at the hotel for.

Cons:

I’m so beyond disappointed in my stay so far and it isn’t even over. I paid so much for this stay and I usually always choose Hilton hotels because in the past they have held a certain standard in my mind. First both digital and physical key cards did not work so both myself and my husband had to wait more than 5 minutes with all of our luggage to wait for someone to let us into our room. Our room overall was bigger than expected but the rug is torn up and there are stains on the couch. We also walked to the arena near the hotel for an event and the sidewalks next to the hotel were not cleared of snow at all when the rest of the sidewalks were clear of snow. Finally my husband went to use laundry services which were listed as an amenity when I booked and he was informed there was no laundry detergent to use. When he went to talk to the front desk person about this issue he was met by a young man who was nothing but rude to him. All of these issues are appalling and not what I signed up for. I have used Hilton hotels for years and have never been so appalled by what I have experienced and have literally never complained to Hilton about anything.

Wonderful suites hotel especially suitable for families
Pros:

Contemporary, well maintained and managed hotel. Suites are very well designed for comfort and usability. Bed is very comfortable; bathroom illumination is exceptionally good; kitchenette and eating space is well appointed (full sized fridge/freezer section; dishwasher; glass cooking top; microwave; sink with food grinder). Ground floor reception, lounge, breakfast area, business center, laundry and pool are all clean, well maintained and functional. Free on grade parking a plus.
