Excellent comfortable stay.
Pros:

All staff helpful , polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast both facilities and food. Room comfortable, clean with appropriate facilities and quiet. Easy walking distance to the tube station. Excellent pool and spa facilities when it was open.

Cons:

Disappointed that the pool and spa facilities due to an incident were shut for two of our days. We had chosen this particular hotel because of the pool and spa.
The Cabinet where the kettle and tea facilities were, was in my opinion dangerous because I managed to bang my head twice on the corner of the unit when I bent forward to make a drink.
It should have had a corner protector on or the drinks facilities placed elsewhere.

Mid-sold. No operational swimming pool.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room and the quite gym.

Cons:

I booked the hotel to unwind in the pool in the evening and in the morning. The pool was closed for the both days. The pool was the only reason for me booking this hotel.

Spa wasn’t available as was out of order , but the staff were very attentive and made our stay amazing by giving us free late checkout and breakfast to compensate for the pool being out of order.

Great but wish your pool was cool enough for a sports swim rather than the temperature of a jacuzzi

Good value and quiet hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Perfect location in Canary Wharf. Close enough to transport and shops, but very quiet inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and could be better in my opinion.

Nice hotel but wouldn't return as hotels in the surrounding area offer better

Friendly staff at check in (night staff or check out, not the same!)
Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows,
good pool, sauna and steam facilities
Thoughtful complimentary chocolates for birthday
Good bathroom/shower

Cons:

No smart TV, and channels which were avaliable flickered constantly, how in 2026 a hotel doesnt offer smart TV is ridiculous
Night time rang 4 times down to reception and nobody answered, had to physically go down only ro find staff chatting at the bar and nobody manning the desk
Appreciate complimentary tea but 1 biscuit for 2 people was poor
The pumps to release shampoo etc were hard to use, hand lotion didnt even work
We chose not to use Hotel parking £30 way too much for one night stay and found off street parking instead
