We only stayed one night but if we need a hotel in that area again, we would book again.
Pros:

It was a good location for the tube, we were going to the London Stadium. Checking in was easy, staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Property was good, only thing that would make the room better was a hanging area for the bathroom towels. Plus the shower/shampoo containers did not work well.

Brilliant hotel and location - would highly recommend!
Pros:

Had a fantastic stay here - the room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was brilliant with easy access to places - will definitely be staying here again and recommending to others when they visit London.

Cons:

We specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, sauna and steam room. Unfortunately, the steam room was out of bounds and as it was cornered off, it didn't look very presentable. There is also a small number of loungers meaning we had to put our robes and towels on the floor. I feel like this space would definitely benefit from more seating as I don't feel like the space is used to it's potential.

Great hotel, not central
Pros:

Great hotel, good ammenities

Cons:

Week 2 and 1 of the lifts still doesn't work so the journey down or up is often by stairs... its a tall building.

It's about 1km from the centre so expect a good walk

Pros:

Room was adequate, location was good, service was good.

Cons:

Breakfast was cold on 1st day, only the sausages had any degree of warmth. I mentioned this to the waitress. We both opted to have a lighter breakfast on the second morning, although there were lids on the pans having not been there on the first day.
Bar prices were too high £5 for a bottle of water was extortionate. Having been a publican for over 18 years the drink & a regular drinker of Morgan's Spiced Rum, the product i received tasted nothing like it should have, i would suggest this was an alternative cheaper brand. This caused reflux during the small hours & thus disturbed sleep. We did not complain as we took the drinks to our room as a nightcap.

Hilton curio a place to revisit.
Pros:

The room was very good beds very comfortable. The condition of room excellent.

Cons:

All the staff were very welcoming from the desk to the bar staff and the kitchen staff we want to thank all the staff for making our anniversary weekend a memorable one.
