What an amazing stay! Breakfast was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked every morning — and every receptionist we met was so warm and welcoming. A special shout‑out to Keyisha, who looked after us today. Her smile was so bright and contagious it genuinely lifted our morning.
The chef was wonderful too! She always made sure my daughter knew when the freshly cooked items were ready, and she even pointed out the fresh pancakes the moment they came out. Such thoughtful, personal touches made our mornings feel extra special.
We asked for a late checkout and it was sorted instantly, no fuss at all. Any little concerns we had were handled quickly and professionally. The pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna were all spotless and fully working — such a treat. Fingers crossed the steam room will be up and running next time, because we’re definitely coming back.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience — I would happily stay here again and again!
Domestic should take extra care when cleaning...check what belongs to the hotel and what doesn't.

The hotel certainly earns high marks for the variety and quality of its breakfast offerings. As someone who adheres to a Halal-only diet, I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection, including delicious chicken sausage. The staff were very accommodating of special requests, such as hot chocolate, poached eggs, and omelets, which was a lovely touch. The pool facilities were quite good, though it's worth noting there are no lifeguards present, so extra caution is advised if you have children. While the steam room was out of order during my visit, the sauna was enjoyable. The rooms themselves were quite clean and tastefully decorated. We did experience some difficulty with the air conditioning, but the weather during our stay was exceptionally challenging. Despite this, we had a very pleasant stay overall.
The absence of a mini-fridge in the room presented a slight inconvenience, particularly when traveling with children and in warm weather, as access to cold beverages would have been appreciated. The televisions were not smart TVs, limiting viewing options to standard free-to-air channels, some of which were not operational. The pillows were rather uncomfortable, which made restful sleep challenging. Additionally, the mugs provided for tea and coffee were not clean, containing hair and dust, necessitating a wash before use.

Location absolutely great, very clean and spacious rooms. Bigger than other well known hotel chains.
The reception lady was fantastic, she managed to give us one of the rooms way before check in time , which gave us more time to explore the city. Really appreciate her help, generosity and friendly welcoming.
Strongly recommend Lincoln Plaza, and definitely we will return.
