Clean and nicely decorated

Cons:

Spa facilities aren’t well staffed, maintained or serviced. No towels, no one on hand, jacuzzi like warm to cold, sauna and steam not hot or working well, and it smelt of weed bud.

Fantastic Hotel and Staff!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, rooms were a good size, location was fantastic as it's only a short walk away from Canary Wharf underground and all the amazing restaurants and bars around that area. Special mention to the staff they're all fabulous and made our stay that extra bit better! Food in the restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. Was really nice to have the pool and sauna there too.

Cons:

Few little dings and marks around the room but it's to be expected.

Modern, comfortable and great value for moneg
Pros:

Easy to find, prime location next to the O2 arena - Canary wharf station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Lovely and quiet area so no disturbances.

Cons:

False fire alarm at 9am woke us up. Didn’t get an apology or anything. Nothing major.

The amazing staff truly make this place
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible.

Cons:

The mattress on one of the beds was too dipped in the middle. Thankfully my sister swapped with me, but ordinarily I would have had to request a room/mattress change.
