Royal Charm Hotel

Pros:
5 minute walk to an amazing beach.
Some restaurants, bars, coffee shops, convenient stores and pharmacies.
Friendly housecleaning.

Con’s:
The receptionist aren’t very friendly and one of the gentleman couldn’t be bothered.
We asked for extra pillows in the room - there were only two - and they refused.
One of the house cleaners was nice enough to give them to us

Internet was not very good

今回2回目の利用。
ビーチにも近くのんびりするにはいいホテルです。
古いホテルだと思いますので潔癖症の方には無理。
シャワーの水圧は強くありません。
でも、スタッフの方達は皆いい人だし、コスパがいいのでリピートしてます
また、ダナンに行く機会があれば間違いなくこのホテルを利用すると思います

Beach close by, foods nearby , friendly staffs with excellent support / services made this stay a memorable one

The triple room is made up from a double bed and a super single bed. The double bed is overly too small to accommodate even 2 small-medium size ladies- 150cm(51kg), 156cm(53kg).
The bath room shower is rusted and water leaking everywhere, there is no hand towel on second night stay.
The breakfast is terrible, the coffee taste like Chinese bitter medicine tea- look very black, u can taste the power and extreme bitterness. Very amazing and totally brand new taste for me on Coffee 😅. The toaster need to manually control with your own timer in order not to burn the bread, after u pressed the switch down, it won’t jump up automatically 😂. Moreover, there is not much choice for breakfast. Basically you can ignore the breakfast offer from the hotel and look for ur own choice of breakfast.
I can hear the sounds at next door (my cousin is staying besides of my room) and even 2floors below.
The sound from street is also very noisy at night. We are happy to move to another hotel in next visit.

Terrible! Don’t ever stay here! I ordered a motorbike and waited a day and a half to finally get it. Half of my holiday wasted waiting around all day promising that it “was coming”. Next night I ordered some food and waited four hours before I finally complained. When I finally spoke to the manger she sent me some gross instant noodles and a chopped up disgusting hot dog. Stay away! They don’t give a F*** about you here, only want your money

I would say the room and facade is at par with one 4-star hotel we also had once in our trips. Breakfast is delish and more than enough. The staff also was very helpful and friendly. It is also just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful My Khe Beach. Plus there is a seafood restaurant at the corner of the street where you can try some fresh catch. Will defo book again with Royal Charm Hotel when we are back at Da Nang! -- yes there is still so much we want to explore!

잠만자고 나가기에 좋은숙소다

가성비로는 짱이었습니다. 작은호텔이라 택시도 찾기어려워한 부분이 있었습니다. 출국이나 입국날 잠시 머무르기에 전혀 문제는 없엇습니다. 침대도 3개나 갖춰져 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식도 금액에 비해 먹을만했습니다.

Hotel in a good location being a street back from the beach and good bars and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed on the 11th floor to get a view of the beach, which was partial as they were building a new hotel in front. There was no safe in the room although reception did hold our valuables. The bed could do with replacing as everytime you moved it squeaked so we got very little sleep. Traditional Vietnamese selection for breakfast. Used the hotel to book taxi from airport which turns out to have been twice the price of a local taxi. Cheap and cheerful stay.

Booked this hotel for 2 nights and it was wonderful experience.
The hotel located near by the beach and it has a great view to the city side. The Lobby looks amazing and staff was very helpful.
Breakfast wasn’t bad at all. I will be back soon for sure!

The hotel is in an excellent location, closed to the beach.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, closed by the beach; friendly and beautiful staff; reasonable price. Continental breakfast but it was very good experience, restaurant staff tried their best to server clients. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay at the Royal Charm Hotel. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The room was so lovely and clean. The hotel location is fantastic for walking to the beautiful beach.
Thank you for a great time in Danang and we would definitely to stay here again.

自己加價升級豪華海景房，雖然能看到海景，但是被前方大樓給蓋住了三分之二，感覺還是沒有到達理想中的程度，有些失望

The hotel is just a block from the ocean front where there are nice coffee shops, bar and beautiful lounge chairs. The hotel rooms were clean and very nice. There was a street vendor who loudly advertised his food as late as 11:30pm and as early as 7am. Da Nang city should ban these street vendors for their noisy advertisement. The breakfast buffet was geared for Vietnamese than foreigners. There was no toaster, no hot coffee, no eggs for breakfast!!! We were very happy to move on to another hotel.

I went to Da Nang in last month. I chose Royal Charm to stay for 3 days. The room was so clean and comfortable.

The receiptionst did give us some sugguestion for booking tour to Hue and Hoi An. They were so friendly

Despite all the building new hotels around the area it's a nice hotel
And the balcony is 35 cm deep almost a French balcony
No western breakfast
But friendly staff
And the hotel understood my emergency need to leave early than booked and helped being reimbursed from my prepayment
Will proberbly return next visit to Da Nang
