Felt quite at home really
Pros:

We liked the large room with 1 sitting chair but 2 would ve been even better for 2 of us? We had an electric jug n fridge but no coffee or tea sachets or creamer but might be asking for too much there? Staff were helpful and friendly and seemed to accept our family n friends dropping in to visit. We had no trouble hailing a cab but needed to exercise for about 1m5km n half hourcwalk to get to Session rd strip but I guess still ok location. Night clubs were a bit noisy last Saturday night but rest of week quiet enough overnight to sleep soundly. Breakfasts were good but our evening meal wasn t as good as our restaurant quality we're used to at our favourites in baguio. We needed to ask for helping working the shower head from tap on to shower head and the face sink plug lever but when we asked for help service desk and housekeeping wasted no time in coming to help us: within 2 minutes even.

Cons:

As above but not absolutely disliked. Just room for improvement on a few points we reckon. Coming from Australia where business or service staff can seem impersonal and too business like even unfriendly towards potential or actual customers here we enjoy the informal and friendly and helpful relationship with hotel staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent; reason why I patronize the hotel

Cons:

The TV and internet access needs upgrade/ improvement. Internet access is a necessity nowadays.
No small refrigerator that we used to have.

Conveniently located, clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

We upgraded to a room with window on a higher floor at a reasonable extra charge. Helpful and friendly staff at reception and in dining area. Convenient location in 10-15 minutes walking distance to town center/Session Road

Cons:

Breakfast could be somewhat richer for the price.
