Nice hotel and good location
Pros:

Staff were courteous and attentive. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The Philippine breakfast is the best and the coffee was great.

Cons:

The Sun café/restaurant across the road gave us all food poisoning. They're not part of the hotel so it's not the hotel's fault, but if hotel staff could warn guests not to eat there, that would help.

DISAPPOINTING
Pros:

Just the location, but not worth the disappointment I have experienced in this hotel

Cons:

THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. THE STAFF WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT ACCOMMODATING. WE WERE UNFAIRLY CHARGED FOR A SMOKE SMELL EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. IT FELT LIKE WE WERE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE WE ARE FOREIGNERS, AND I WAS TRAVELING WITH A SENIOR, WHICH MADE THE SITUATION EVEN MORE UNCOMFORTABLE.

NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT WAS ISSUED FOR THE CHARGE, WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION. WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT IT, STAFF TOLD US NOT TO LOOK AT THE RECEIPT SO WE “WOULDN’T HURT OUR FEELINGS,” AND EVEN SAID THAT WE WOULD “EARN THE MONEY BACK ANYWAY” AND SHOULD JUST LET IT GO. THIS RESPONSE WAS HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS STRESSFUL, INTIMIDATING, AND LEFT US FEELING CHEATED RATHER THAN VALUED AS GUESTS. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

Most suitable for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was great and the rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel was good value for money.

Awesome location
Pros:

The location is fantastic! It's very close to Burnham Park, and the Watsons and Puregold stores are just beside the hotel. Session road and the public market are close by, and very walkable. We were also able to visit the Night Market by just walking.

Cons:

WiFi signal is not secure and very weak. We had to rely on cellular data to be connected during our stay. There was no laundry bag in the room, but we were able to request for clear plastic for our soiled laundry. Small nit - the shower pressure was too strong,

It was just okay.
Pros:

Beds are fixed everyday

Cons:

The hand soap is too oily, You lack pitcher. The first day was ok, the glasses and cups were cleaned and the pitcher was refilled with water, but on the 3rd day those weren’t done anymore.
