Pros:

The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges.

Will not stay here again

Cheap price hotel. Cleanliness is an issue! Beware
Pros:

The location for this hotel is perfect but the state of the property was rough at best.
The sheets, pillows, towels, look like they should have been replaced 5 years ago. They were so stained and worn that i would have to think twice before using them to wash my car. I am allergic to dust and i had a couple of rough nights dealing with my allergies. The toilets seat was disgusting. There were nasty permanent stains all over the plastic toilet seat and when you lift the seat up, there was permanent mold stains in the bottom. The mirrors in the bathroom and at the desk look like they have never been wiped.
On the plus side for this hotel, the staff and service was excellent, the location is the ideal with the Mall and many food choices close by. The price for room was very cheap.

Does the job - provided you’re not squeamish…
Pros:

A no-frills place to stay in the middle of Seremban. Conveniently located for all manner of shops and restaurants (walkable!). Good air-con, nice natural light. If you’re on a budget, it’s a good option.

Cleanliness, unfortunately, was not perfect. The bedsheets and towels appeared stained (though clean) and there was a blob of chewing gum left in the sink plughole. Paint had also come off one of the walls, and I couldn’t get the TV to work.

The front desk prefers cash for the deposit and tourist tax. Plan accordingly!

Pros:

The property was within proximity to Malls and some scenic locations.
Food & laundry was easily available.

The flip side of staying was the noise from the traffic, it will be good if they retrofit with sound proof windows.

On the overall , it was a pleasant stay.

Reasonable price hotel and clean
Pros:

The hotel is within walking distance to Palm Mall. Hotel with basic amenities, good Wi-Fi. Ceiling is low and noise separation is not ideal.

Nice new hotel
Pros:

Spacious room. We booked a family room (triple) and satisfied with the room..value for money. The downside is..people smoking outside the rooms and made the hotel room stuffy with cigarette smell
