Na splošno vrhunski hotel z izjemnim dizajnom, odličnim spa-jem in fantastičnim zajtrkom.
Pros:

Izjemna namestitev. Hotel je sam po sebi res state of the art – sobe so izjemno oblikovane, talna osvetlitev je vrhunska, veliko je lesa, zato vse deluje zelo naravno in prijetno. Imeli smo Sport sobo, ki je imela tudi sobno kolo in set uteži. Spa kotiček je odličen: velik zunanji bazen, v notranjosti pa zadostno število savn. V spa se je potrebno naročiti na točno uro, s čimer zelo dobro uravnavajo gnečo. Zajtrk je bil izjemen – tako velike izbire še nisem videla nikjer.

Cons:

Edini minus je okolica hotela – ni primernih sprehajalnih poti, ob jezeru zvečer ni razsvetljave za sprehod. Vendar je to bolj stvar občine kot hotela.

Wonderful stay in an idyllic location.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful.
Fantastic balcony with wonderful view over the mountains.
Great drinks and food. Breakfast is incredible, such a plentiful choice of fresh food.
Comfortable beds. A special place, retreat, very relaxing.
Supermarket and tourist office very close by.
Fantastic walks to viewpoints and gorge and waterfalls.

Cons:

Towels and bins emptied and beds made but floor wasn’t hoovered after night 2.
The self service coffee machine at breakfast, so I just ordered coffee from the bar.

The hotel is truly beautifully decorated, with a pleasant ambiance and clear attention to detail. The rooms are lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent – varied and high quality, offering options to suit different tastes.

However, one significant drawback for me is the limitation of the spa area to only 2 hours per guest, with mandatory advance reservations. I believe that a spa, as a space dedicated to relaxation, should offer a larger and more flexible relaxation area without time pressure. This kind of restriction reduces the overall sense of rest and spontaneity that guests expect.

With a bit more flexibility in the organization of the spa facilities, the overall stay would be truly excellent.
