A great location in the middle of Samnaun village!
Pros:

The location is excellent. The health club facilities (shared with 2 other hotels) are very nice and excellently equipped and spacious. Staff is nice and at the reception professional. The room (205 & 206) had a very comfortable size with plenty of cabinets - ideally for a skiing holiday. Very fair value for money.

The bus service from Hotel to the cable car and back is extraordinary professional and convenient for skiers.

Cons:

The showers (Room 205 & 206) are spacious, the facilities however very badly designed. The shower in the tube is extremly dangerous to use for older people. When calling on phone, the communication with the reception is difficult due to language problems.

Sehr gute Lage, Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles war vorhanden. Das Spa im Nachbarhaus war problemlos über den Tunnel zu erreichen. Das Angebot der Waren ( im hauseigenen Laden) war für die Selbstversorgung ausreichend. Das Bett war perfekt, selten so gut geschlafen. Die Lage direkt am „Duty Free Run“ ist super.

Cons:

Tiefgarage ist mit 25 Franken pro Tag zu teuer. Das Internet ist sehr schwach Das Duschen in der engen Badewanne ist nervig. Deshalb insgesamt nur 9:Punkte.

Ein sauberes Hotel mit Bergsicht, freundliches Personal und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein grosses ruhiges Zimmer mit Bergsicht, und ein abwechslungsreiches und frisches Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ganze Hotel war sauber und gepflegt und befindet sich mitten im Dorf. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Der angrenzende Wellnessbereich im zugehörigen Nachbarhotel war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Personal im Wellnessbereich war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wir haben im Bad einen Sichtschutz (z.B. Rollo oder Vorhang) am Fenster vermisst. Somit bestand die Möglichkeit aus dem Nebengebäude hineinzuschauen. Wir haben uns mit einem Handtuch beholfen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Kurzaufenthalt mit Wellness
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt inmitten von Samnaun aber nicht direkt an der Strasse und somit hört man von den Fahrzeugen nicht viel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und es wurde alles wichtige mitgeteilt. Die Zimmer sehr grosszügig mit eingebauter Küchenzeile. Betten sehr bequem. Nach einem Tag im Motorradsattel haben wir das Wellnessangebot sehr gerne in Anspruch genommen. Das Hallenbad mit temperiertem Whirlpool ist im Hotel Montana welches über einen unterirdischen Gang erschlossen ist. Die Saunalandschaft ist im eigenen Haus untergebracht und sehr schön gestaltet und grosszügig.
Frühstück haben wir nicht dazugebucht da 30 CHF für ein Frühstück doch schon ein sehr stolzer Preis ist. Wir sind dann Morgens zum Bäcker im Dorf und haben uns dort verpflegt.

Cons:

Ausser dem Frühstückspreis fällt mir spontan gar nichts ein.
