Pros:

Conveniently located close to San Marco square. Friendly staff and knowledgeable of speaking English. Awesome cafe next door with discount

Super location !
Pros:

Very central and beautiful view from the top floor restaurant on the Parthenon

Cons:

Elevators are extremely slow!
Gym was minimalist with few very expensive equipments which nobody uses and take a lot of space when they could be replaced with useful equipment in the existing space

Great place, but keep valuables in the safe

Location is perfect..apartment room was also very nice.

My son's headset was taken from our room. I'm 100% sure because we had an argument before we left about him not taking it with him, and left at kitchen table at the exit door. They weren't very expensive, but it's still very annoying.

We gave the hotel all the details and were told they would check the cameras, and that the manager would contact me. A week later, nobody has even bothered to message me to say they didn't find anything.

It's a great place to stay, don't get me wrong. But keep anything valuable in the safe, because it seems that if you leave something lying around, it's treated like a flea market and can simply disappear.

Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e confortevole, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Per noi non è stato un problema la mancanza della colazione, considerando che in camera c’è tutto il necessario per prepararla.
Personale amichevole e posizione eccezionale, particolarmente comoda anche per chi visita Venezia in occasione della Biennale. Sicuramente torneremo il prossimo anno!
