Proximity to San Marco Square, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful, spacious, well lit room with all needed facilities and amenities. A wondeful cafe on the ground floor open from 8am to 8pm serving coffee, sweets, food, snacks. Great service getting picked up from airport and back, with car and water taxi combo. We even kindly requested better uploading speed to upload the thousands of pictures we were taking daily and the hotel managed to accommodate.
You need to transfer your luggage from waterfront to the hotel and cross one bridge. It’s ok if luggage is not too heavy or bulky.

It was my first time in Venice and I really wanted to experience the city up close during Carnival.
My boyfriend and I landed at Treviso Airport, and it took about 35 minutes by taxi to reach Piazzale Roma (the taxi was €90). If you prefer a cheaper option, there’s also a bus for around €10 per person. From Piazzale Roma you can take a boat to the hotel, but we decided to walk about 40 minutes through the streets and canals and I’m really glad we did, because it felt like the trip started right there.
We genuinely liked the hotel. The staff were kind and welcoming, the place itself was charming, and the room was comfortable and clean.
The only downside for me was the mosquitoes in the room. In Venice it’s understandable because of the canals, but getting bitten in the evening wasn’t pleasant. After spending the whole day outside, the last thing you want is trying to sleep while fighting mosquitoes.

We absolutely loved it here, the hotel has a modern to colonial mix atmosphere. The staff was incredible, helpful and super friendly. Close to main attractions and good authentic food. We will definitely book again.
