We stayed in one of the apartments as we are a family of four (two kids, two adults). The apartment was excellent. It has all the facilities we needed and loved the inclusion of bottled water, fruit juice, and yogurts. There's an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with built-in freezer, and dishwasher.
The bathroom and shower were split between two rooms which worked out really well. The bedroom for the adults was fantastic, ample space and the bed was huge.
The location is great, very close to San Marco's but away from the main thoroughfares so it's actually very quiet.
Really not much to say. The amount of bowls was a bit low. The fact that that's the only complaint speaks volumes about how good the room was.
Very modern, comfortable and quiet property despite being 4 minutes from San Marco. There was juice, yogurt and coffee in unit and a spectacular cafe in lobby. My friend who has lived in Venice for 25 years says he frequently goes to that cafe. I also want to acknowledge the friendly and helpful service from Antonio and Fernando.

Lage
Hotel in the perfect location in the centre of Venice. All sights and restaurants within close walking distance. Staff were very friendly and hotel clean throughout. Room nice and modern, well equipped and well sized. Throughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in future. Highly recommend, as is the Rosa Salva Cafe connected to the hotel.
This hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and modern. There is a hairdryer and some reviews said the cord is short but it’s retractable so that was not an issue. The staff was helpful and kind and the “attached” bakery had delicious items.
Everything was great. We did walk past it one or two times and it’s not overly obvious where the entrance is.
The location was fantastic. Very close to all of the tourist spots.
