Buen hotel, mal que cobren comisión por un taxi
Pros:

Habitación cómoda. Buena ubicación, un buen hotel.

Cons:

No me gustó que el personal del hotel cobre EUR 50.00 por recomendarte un taxi acuático.
El valor de llegada lo cobraron bastante más caro de lo normal y para salir de Venezia a Plaza Roma no pidieron desde el hotel EUR 130.00, fuimos directo a donde se toman los taxis y el valor fue de EUR 80.00.

Deben cambiar eso y tener un mejor servicio para los huéspedes. No todo debe ser dinero, es servicio al cliente.

Fantastic stay, would highly recommended
Pros:

The Suites were set back from the hotel in a beautiful old building that was renovated to an excellent standard providing a lovely modern and comfortable environment.
It was clean and airy with a comfortable bed and lovely sheets, a great bathroom well maintained with a modern shower and everything I needed was in the room.

Nothing I didn’t like

Great location, good size room , staff very helpful

Cons:

No breakfast room, no ironing facilities , bathroom rail heater was not working , usb plug for phone charger in room not working .

Τυχαία βρήκαμε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Εξαιρετική επιλογή. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο .Ευγενικό προσωπικό.
Pros:

Πεντακάθαρο ,ευρύχωρο, μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση δωματίου χωρίς χρέωση. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Τίποτα ήταν όλα τέλεια.
