Pros:

Good value for money !
All the staff were very cooperative, polite and fast -- Ms Pinky, Ms Priyanka, Mr Ramdos, Mr Rafeeq, Mr Mario, Mr Murali to name a few
The whole premises was clean including the toilet on the ground floor near Reception
Overall a wonderful stay
Would love to go there again

Excellent, will surely chose this place the next time.
Pros:

Blew my expectations, right from the usher & doorman to the frontdesk, the restaurant staff, every interaction was very pleasant. I have stayed in most of the star rated properties in Chennai Lie ITC, Hyatt, Taj, Marriot and this was a revelation. Apart from the fact that the property does not qualify for 5 Star category as they don’t have a pool or a gym or such, the experience was 5 Star. The doormen actually go out of the way to hail a tuk-tuk or guide a uber. Also lot of good restaurants and cafés are at a walkable distance. Would surely recommend to people travelling to Chennai for work or leisure.
P.S: The pub on the ground floor is closed so no more complaints about late night music and crowds.
