Woher die 4 Sterne?
Pros:

Ein Rätzel wie das Hotel zu vier Sternen gekommen ist. Der Service ist bemüht aber schlecht geschult, vermutlich um Kosten zu sparen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber teilweise schon abgenutzt. Der Zimmer TV ist schon fast eine Frechheit, so was lässt sich im Ebay nicht mal für 1€ verkaufen wenn man frei Haus liefert. Die Dampfsauna ging nicht. Der Bodenbelag vom Wellenbereich ist *lebensgefährlich*, absolute Rutschgefahr. Haarföhn mit Flusen zu, ekelig. Die Balkontüren lassen sich nur mit hohem Kraftaufwand öffnen und schließen. Wenn unten der Kamin angezündet wird, stinkt das ganze Haus nach Rauch.
Wir waren 2018 in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Zwischen 4 und 5 Sterne sind Welten dazwischen, da stimmt was nicht.

Pros:

The Haidmuehler Hof is a very nice Four Stars Hotel in a very quite area. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean and the service in the restaurant is great.
