The room was adequate for our time there. Wish they had fixed the ice machine.
Pros:

It was a good location and the room was clean. All questions, when asked were answered, and they did refund a portion of the rental price. So the staff was fine, the room was clean.

Cons:

The swimming pool was unavailable (which your website mentioned but I never saw) and the ice maker didn't work. It's Florida in the summer, there should be ice. We only stayed 1 night and didn't use the kitchen at all. Again it seems obvious to me that if your ice making machine isn't working then there should be ice cube trays in the freezer
