Charme em Pato Branco mas cuidado com ar condicionado

Hotel excelente, bem localizado e com quarto bem espaçoso, pegamos um com banheira e nossa filha adorou brinca na água. Café da manhã muito bom também e atendimento excelente.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ter uma cama extra de solteiro, mas isso não pode prejudicar a nota pois já estavamos cientes. Seria mesmo uma melhoria que facilitaria pra casais com filhos. O ar condicionado era muito antigo e não estava funcionando muito bem mas por sorte a noite estava fresca.

Hotel bom, confortável, bom custo benefício.
Pros:

A localização é ótima, bem central, próxima ao comércio da cidade.
O atendimento foi bom, com funcionários bem prestativos.
O café da manhã estava bom, cumprindo o básico, mas gostoso.

Cons:

Nas regras do hotel constava que deveríamos entregar as chaves até o meio-dia para que o quarto fosse limpo. Entregamos a chave às 11:30h mas nos avisaram que não seria limpo porque as funcionárias da limpeza já tinham ido embora. Ficamos 2 noites no hotel, e o quarto, portanto, não foi limpo nem arrumado como gostaríamos.
