Very nice hotel and lovely staff. The breakfast selection was limited but sufficient for the start of the day.The pool was lovely and clean albeit rather small. We booked five rooms in total and the only downside to the hotel was the air conditioners which didn't work in two of our rooms and the wifi was hit and miss. In all...a pleasant stay.

Beautiful villas located far enough from the noise of town but close enough to ride your bike or walk.

Biggest complaint is that their WiFi did not work. I needed to do work and it made it extremely inconvenient to have to go into town to do so. Location is fantastic. Room was fine. Had a hard time communicating with most staff but they always tried to accommodate.

Friendly staff, great amenities, tasty breakfast, strongly recommended. Minor issues with wifi (but I didn't go there to surf the Internet) and bigger issue with mosque-related noise throughout the night.

We upgraded to a private villa with private poll, fantastic, we really had a lovely time. All the staff was very helpful and always smilling. Walking distance to many restaurants. Kuta beach is 15-20 minute walk.

The rooms are lovely and the staff was very good but the AC was not working well. They upgraded us to a suite room, which was very nice but the AC was not great there either. Our daughter also switched rooms and another couple we spoke with had the same problem. Otherwise, it was a very nice place. They need to get the AC serviced and it would be a great place. We made sure we told them that upon checkout. Breakfast was very good and the ginger ice cream was a great afternoon treat!

Het was een prachtige oase met allerlei soorten palmbomen te midden van een gebied in opbouw. Het was voor ons bedoeld om even uit te rusten na een lange reis en dat is volledig geslaagd. Kamers waren erg mooi met alles wat nodig was. Leuk die buitendouche achter je eigen kamer. Heerlijk verfrissend zwembad. Prima vriendelijke en hulpvaardige service. Etenskeuze was goed. Uitstekende voorziening van het hotel zelf voor halen/brengen vliegveld. Aanpalend goede mogelijkheid voor meerdere ontspanningsmassages.

Fint hotell som dock låg lite långt ifrån restauranger och annat. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma när vårt bagage hade försvunnit på flyget. Väldigt tacksam för all deras hjälp att få tillbaka det då vi inte fick denna hjälpen på flygplatsen konstigt nog.

From the price we paid, the comfort level of the
bed and bedsheets were not up to standard - no
comforter, just plain cloth/sheets as blanket. The
facilities were minimal i.e. no bottled water (was
given water in a glass bottle), no electric kettle -
hence no hot water at night. AC was working fine,
though. In the room, we had a dysfuntional phone
with no LAN cable. The toilet seat was shaky
(needs repair). If you are just looking for an
average place to stay which is quiet and you dont
mind a little walking distance (in the dark and in
between kampung houses), then this hotel is just
right for you.
On the other hand, we love the services offered by
the staff at all hours. They help sort out our
transport (with a fee of course). FYI, Kuta has no
GoJek/ Go-ride or Grab or Taxi., hence ground
transport needs to only be through agents/ hotels.
We needed a place to shower on our last day as
our flight was scheduled late in the evening, we
asked for a late check out from our room (the hotel
was pretty vacant and quiet as it was a Monday)
but was denied. Instead, the hotel offered us to
leave our baggage with the reception and shower
could be taken at their spa - Fair deal, though a
late check out would be nicer. The breakfast was
good. it is not buffet style as they didnt have many
guest, hence we were asked to pick our sets from
a menu. Quality of food was better than I thought.
There was a free welcome fresh juice and cookie,
too.

Really lovely place to stay! Clean, modern, good vibe. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor bathrooms in the rooms. Staff super lovely.

Location not the best in town (15-20min walk to the action) but fine once we hired a scooter. Not sure why but at breakfast the kitchen would only provide one small fruit salad per room, and even when asking for one each were told no. Only a tiny negative in an another fab stay. Highly recommend.

Nice villa for couples !

Area quite close by to beach. Had a mini mart just down the main road. 200m away from food. 2 bedroom villa is big. Not so child friendly. Floor had chips and could cut. WiFi was weak. Very weak. Lighting was not so good. Safe box was locked for ok before. Couldn’t use.

It’s a lovely private vila and really enjoyed the stay.

This villa was stunning! We stayed one night only and would have stayed a week but the place was booked out. We checked in early and out late with no problems. The restaurant onsite was great too - best free breakfast yet and the Janu herbal drink was yum. Special shout out to the extremely friendly and helpful Restu, who made sure our stay was magical.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. it is tucked away in a little corner barely five minutes from main Kuta beach. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the open to sky bathrooms we're amazing and they even have a heated pool! Couldn't ask for anything more. The staff has to be the most genuine, friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever come across. Absolute must stay at when in Kuta Lombok

My husband and I loved this hotel. The outdoor bathroom was lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the spa was great. We enjoyed two massages there. The pool is beautiful and we were able to rent a motorbike directly from the hotel. If you have a chance, stay here!
