  • One child 5 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Overall our stay was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We did not care for the highly automated services... devices beeping loudly in the eating area to summon guests to pick up meals. Also the individuals at the table were all eating at different times

The hotel has amazing onsen

Cons:

Getting to the property from the airport, we couldn’t rent a car for some reason, we ended up with a taxi that really costed approx 400$, around the hotel there isn’t anything it’s meant to be spent all this time at the hotel if you are gonna stay there

たくさんの種類のサービスがあって楽しめました。

Cons:

受付の人がすごく威圧的でこちらの話を聞いてくれず、30分以上フロントで待たされたけど、結局なんの対応もしてくれず放置された形となりました。

Great location for family escape.

We had the glamping cabin. Great for family if 4. We enjoyed the onsen.

The breakfast was very nice, varied and tasty.

Cons:

We unfortunately couldnt join the star watching in the evening as that day it was not being held. It was a bit disappointing as it was a clear night. The complimentary snacks drinks and parfait are a bit limited. The room had not been renovated in a while.

Amazing hotel with a huge onsen! The breakfast buffet was very large and the dinners that we ordered at the cafe were delicious and convenient. The massage chairs were the cherry on top!
