Holiday khaleej

Leider war das Hotel eine reine Baustelle. Reparaturarbeiten sofort am Empfang so das ich dachte, ich bin an der falschen Adresse. Auch auf meiner Etage Reparaturarbeiten. Laut, staubig und dreckig. Ich habe Fotos gemacht falls Interesse besteht. Danke das ihr mir geholfen habt, keine weitere Macht dort zu verbringen

A comfortable room and clean. I had a great sleep. I’d stay again as good value for what you get.

My only issue with this hotel is that the location is incorrect on the booking site, and I had difficulty finding it. It was only after I rang the number and was sent the location that I found the hotel.

I find it suitable when every known 3 start hotel is fully booked. I did not use WiFi, TV, or even telephone but noticed that wireless charger is not working as well as no sufficient power outlet near bedhead. The room is clean, and shower experience was pleasant. What might stop me from coming back again was the pale reception of front desk member, and mandating a security deposit!!!! At check-out, someone must inspect the room in order to release same!

The worst hotel I ever put the feet, nobody's speaking English, room are too noisy, road is just beside, free parking is a nightmare to park, breakfast food looks like days here! And worst of it, when you want to manage your booking to be shorter, they refused, you have to call police!

The family room was on the ground floor so there is no view and we didn t like breakfast as there is not too much choises and you feel that you go for lunch more than you go for breakfast. But the room is good and spacious and it s not too far from nakheel mall.

the exteriors of the hotel dont do justice to its interiors.
Once you enter the hotel, its very good.
Staff are good english speaking
Front of house staff Noura was very helpful and gave me a 4 hours early check-in.
Bell boy is very helpful and can purchase anything for you if you need from around the property.
Location is good.
Better to call an uber or careem for taxi when you leave and the local taxi frequecy is low.
Walking distance many restaurants and supermarkets
Rooms are very very clean and the decor of the hotel is great.
Breakfast is arabic style, does the job for the entire day. Ask for Half fry egg or made to order as they do not inform you about it until you ask them

Small narrow rooms.
Overspray with noisy and allergic air freshener and perfumes.
Water flow is weak in the bathroom.
Poor lighting in the room and in the most areas of the hotel.
Very weak internet connections.
No restaurant and the breakfast in the room.
No dining table in the room.
