Irresponsible and deceptive management
Pros:

We had booked a room with Umah Diuma in June, and were promptly informed that they are undergoing renovation, and they offered to put us up in their sister property Buah Nagasari. We were ok with this and accepted their offer.
Luckily we had a friend who was already there in Bali, who we asked to go and confirm that our booking is indeed present with Buah Nagasari. We were travelling with an infant and did not want to take any chances, since we were arriving late at night. Imagine our consternation when they said they did not have any details of our booking. Eventually it turned out our booking had been dumped at Casa Ganesha, which was not what we would have opted for ourselves, but we had no choice at the last minute as the room was already paid for. The Casa Ganesha staff were nice and friendly though, but the place was not to our liking.
I would highly discourage anyone to ever book with Umah Diuma, as they are not trustworthy and just take their guests for granted.
