Pros:

Comfy King Studioを予約したのに近くのMy condoに変更された。写真と違いプールもない。それにメールにはその建物の名前も記載されていなく、BTSオンヌット駅から２～３分とだけ。それから掃除代として750バーツ請求され、銀行の通帳に入金しなければ管理人から鍵を渡さないと言われた。しかし管理人には話も通じていなく時間の無駄だった。これは全くの民泊状態。それに掃除代を取ったはずなのに部屋は非常に汚かった。女性の髪の毛が大量にあり。ゴキブリの多かった。

Pros:

駅から近く移動は便利だと思います。ホテルの前にセブンイレブンもありとても便利です。強いて言えば到着時セキュリティから鍵をもらう予定でしたが、モタモタして別の人が私にくてくれてちょっと時間を要しました。

BTSの駅近いホテル
Pros:

駅にちかいし周りには何でもあります。べんりです。おおがたスーパーも有り。
ただ室内掃除，ベッドメーキングとう、してほしかったです。

Pros:

いきなり清掃料金名目で750バーツ払わされた
その他1日単位ルームクリーニング料が別途750バーツかかると言われたので却下した
したがってタオル類は数日間同じものを使用せざるを得なかった
隣部屋とドアでつながっているジョイントルームなので隣部屋の会話TV等全て聞こえる
最悪の部屋だ
wifi 遅く検索するのも一苦労
この料金払うのならオンヌット近辺に良いホテルたくさんある
とにかく最悪で詐欺にあった気分だ。

Worst hotel (condo)
Pros:

Really Bad experience i ever had, were arrived late evening to hotel.
Couldnt found any front desk or reception, was looking for the room key to access, then called the hotel for help.

After that a guy came and asked for 750THB for cleaning fee, i didnt know extra fee after made the booking. Then he shown to me was noticed underneath in hotel information.

No receipt could be given its only write on a paper.
I've booked for 2 nights but didnt stay.

Could have much better options stay around in on nut.

A Great Condo
Pros:

We spent our 5 days stay at Link Condo 2 and found it very pleasing. Our room on 8th floor was nice and we did not have any issues regarding any facility or wifi. They have washing machines and water dispenser at ground floor and there is 24 by 7 security. The staff was quite cooperative. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside is its a bit far from city's night life but then there is large Tesco-Lotus walkable from condo and there is "Oh La La" cafe and a 7 11 store at just a min's walk.
