Pros:

Awesome staff and lovely people, Hotel is great in such lovely location next to beach and big supermarkets, few steps to ferry everything was amazing.

Cons:

Turning off the AC 2 hours before the check-out for the 2 rooms we booked wasn't good during the hot weather 😅

Το Hotel Alpi ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Η καθαριότητα σε όλους τους χώρους ήταν υποδειγματική και το δωμάτιό μας απλά εξαιρετικό, άνετο, με μια μαγευτική θέα στη λίμνη. Αυτό όμως που έκανε τη διαμονή μας αξέχαστη ήταν η αυθεντική φιλοξενία του προσωπικού. Μας βοήθησαν με απίστευτη προθυμία να διοργανώσουμε μια έκπληξη γενεθλίων για τη φίλη μας, κάνοντας τη μέρα της ξεχωριστή. Επιπλέον, την τελευταία μέρα, η υπάλληλος μας αποχαιρέτησε μιλώντας μας στα ελληνικά και μας έκανε ένα γλυκό αναμνηστικό δωράκι. Μια τόσο προσωπική και ζεστή κίνηση που μας συγκίνησε. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Très bel hôtel bien entretenu
Pros:

Hotel très propre, joli et confortable. Il est calme et bien insonorisé. Nous avons très bien apprécié notre séjour. Très bien situé, face à la plage et à 10 min a pied du centre. La vue est incroyable. Très bon accueil et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Éventuellement un petit frigo.

Einfach passend schön
Pros:

Der Empfang war schon super - tolle Infos zum Hotel, zur Umgebung - was geht ab in Baveno.
Das Personal Ober zuvorkommend, der Chef immer bereit für Fragen.
Das abendliche Menü machte ein externen Restaurant-Besuch überflüssig - es war immer fein gekocht.
Das Frühstück war nicht übermässig, aber es gab eine rechte Auswahl. Hervorzuheben war der italienische Kaffee aus einer Barista-Maschine.
Vom Zimmer ein freier Blick über den Lago Maggiore.
Das Zimmer selbst und das Bad waren sehr sauber.

Es hat alles gepasst!

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La chambre est vraiment très propre.

Cons:

La climatisation est un peu bruyante. La « vue sur lac » est décevante (surtout pour les chambres des étages inférieurs). Le petit-déjeuner est basique.

Pros:

Wir waren für 1 Woche im Hotel Alpi und waren unglaublich positiv überrascht....Wir durften zwischen 2 Zimmern wählen, da eines eine schönere Aussicht dafür aber im Dachgeschoss war und das andere direkt über der Sonnenterrasse. Wir haben uns für letzteres entschieden und es nicht bereut.
Die Zimmerdame leistet hervorragende Arbeit.... sehr nett und es war unglaublich sauber. Selbst die Balkon Brüstung wurde immer abgewischt, Betten frisch bezogen und immer gewischt. Ganz dickes Lob !
Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend,,,,,, sehr schmackhafte und vielfältige Köstlichkeiten. Es wurde immer alles aufgefüllt, viel frische Sachen. Ein schönes Ambiente, klimatisiert und mit Hintergrundmusik.....aufmerksames Personal!
Für den Strand kann man sich vor dem Hotel Handtücher aus einem Korb nehmen und sie nach dem Strandbesuch dort auch wieder abgeben. Das alles auf Vertrauensbasis, ohne Hinterlegung einer Kaution...
Es sind so viele schöne kleine Details, die wir nicht erwartet haben.
Rundherum ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel!

Acogedor y con amplios servicios a un precio razonable
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. Tiene servicio de toallas para la playa del lago, nos dieron un garaje privado para el coche, la habitacion amplia con terraza y vistas al lago, muy comoda y muy limpia. Además el personal encantador.

Cons:

Hizo mucho calor y no habia nada en la habitacion para enfriar las bebidas, aunque nos dejaban una botella de agua todos los dias

Hotel molto carino a Baveno a due passi dal lago Maggiore con possibilità di raggiungere la spiaggia dell'hotel oltre la strada. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Personale molto disponibile anche nell'indicare attività da svolgere in loco.

Cons:

Forse la colazione tarata sui numerosi clienti stranieri, potrebbe essere migliorabile quanto a varietà della parte dolce.

La gentillesse du personnel. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur le lac. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le bruit de la climatisation et de la circulation mais cela reste quand même une très belle expérience
