Pros:

Very good location, plenty storage space in thr room, separate toilet, two basins in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds!

Cons:

Parking discount ticket they gave, didn't work at the parking.

Pros:

The location was great for us, central, lively area and you couldn't hear it in the hotel 😊 staff and facilities were great. We didn't have breakfast or use the spa. Upon checking in, the guy was great. Each day little treats were left, a great touch which our daughter loved.

Cons:

We requested a taxi to be booked for the day of our departure to the airport. When it came to departure time/day, it wasn't a taxi, ie a G7 licenced taxi but an uber/bolt. Such a disappointment as we didn't have the time to order a G7 taxi ourselves else we would be late. The hotel really should listen to the customer or confirm which taxi company they would like booked. This ended the holiday with a bad feeling as we paid 70€ and not the fixed rate of 56€ from our location to the airport.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela izvrsna — gotovo sve se može obići pješice, a sobe su bile čiste. Gospodin na recepciji je odmah reagirao kad smo prijavili pokvaren vodokotlić i premjestio nas u drugu bolju sobu.

Cons:

Vrlo hladna i neugodna dobrodošlica već pri dolasku u 13 h — bez ikakvog objašnjenja ili fleksibilnosti, s vrata nam je samo rečeno da je check-in u 15 h. Tek nakon što smo obavili toalet, ipak nam je omogućen raniji check-in, što je donekle ublažilo prvi dojam, ali pristup osoblja nije bio posebno gostoljubiv.

Prva soba bila je razočaravajuća. Imala je izrazito mali prozor, a ulaz u sobu bio je nepraktičan do te mjere da smo se morali saginjati i doslovno provlačiti, iako smo prosječne visine i građe. Također, soba nije imala TV, iako je u opisu bilo navedeno da je uključen.

Sljedeći dan smo, zbog pokvarenog vodokotlića, premješteni u drugu sobu sto je donekle popravilo dojam.

A great hotel worth staying at
Pros:

Great hotel with excellent location - was a wonderful place to explore the city from. Stayed during Valentines weekend with my partner so we used the sauna / spa which was excellent and worth it during the cold winter. We would stay here again for sure.

Cons:

One of the bedside lights in our room wasn't working - not a big deal.
