The bed could have been a little softer, and the bathroom still needs some renovating. Could have used some snacks in the mini fridge and the heating system was old and made a loud sound when the heat was on.

The room was very cold. The thermostat in the room did nothing, or maybe the thermostat was just for show.
The shower water was also lukewarm, other hotels have hot showers.

There was a lot of honking noise from the street, especially in morning 6 to 9.

Similarly there was a lot of door slamming noise in the morning. If you leave the shower door open, it auto closes with a loud bang. I think that's what it was.

The hotel has no reception area, just check-in kiosks and elevators.

Έκανα κράτηση και πλήρωσα συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι, το οποίο μου είπαν ότι δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο παρά μόνο την τελευταία νύχτα της κράτησής μου. Αρνήθηκα να αλλάξω δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ και περιμένω ακόμη (13 ημέρες μετά) να μου καταβάλουν τη διαφορά της τιμής του δωματίου. Με δεδομένο ότι bar και εστιατόριο ήταν υπό κατασκευή τα δωμάτια έπρεπε να διαθέτουν καφετιέρα. Η καθαριότητα ήταν στοιχειώδης και το σύστημα ψύξης-θέρμανσης πολύ θορυβώδες.

Bed was not particularly comfortable. Outlet in bathroom did not work.

Room was very small.

The room wasn’t as comfortable as promoted for 4 people and considering there were four of us, they only gave us 3 towels.

The check in and out kiosks are somewhat difficult to navigate. Also there was a communication between booking.com and the property in terms of cost and I feel that I was over charged.

The hotel did not have a front desk. You checked yourself in. Zero holiday decorations for Christmas in the lobby. The rooms did not have a coffee pot and complimentary coffee wasn’t available downstairs. If you wanted coffee you had to leave the hotel. The main reason I wouldn’t stay here again was because the bathroom was terrible. There is NO way to keep water inside the shower. It was a complete mess trying to keep the water in a walk in shower contained with a short shower curtain. Water was all over the bathroom floor to the toilet and sink area soaking through the bath mat after each shower. This causes a slipping hazard. We used every spare towel trying to “mop” up the floor after every shower. The floor in the bathroom stayed wet so walking in with shoes on left black New York street grime all over the floor. The sink area had no counter top. Just a sink. No place to put on makeup or set your toothbrush down. No place for your toiletries. There was zero countertop! In the room there is no dressing table either so it was impossible to find a proper spot to put on makeup and style your hair in the morning.
There was only one very small bedside table for a king size bed. The other side without a nightstand had no place to set your phone and charger or a keep bottle water.
These details were lacking and made for an uncomfortable experience.
