2度目の宿泊をするくらいよかった！
Pros:

5年前にも高校の卒業旅行で使用させて頂き、とてもコスパも都心へのアクセスもお部屋もよかったため、今回の旅にもお邪魔しました。繁華街ではあるものの、コンビニやお店が近くとても利用しやすかったです。

Disappointing.
Pros:

The apartment itself has space for a family which is good. Laundry available onsite, but expensive at 500 yen just to wash.

Cons:

I am a huge fan of Minn chain in Japan. Unfortunately the location of this building in Juso was terrible and I should have researched better. We had two incidents outside the property during our stay. First was when we stayed on level 2, a huge fight outside in the streets in middle of the night. My kids were petrified.
Second incident at 4am on the morning we were leaving. Some other fight with people screaming and fighting, multiple police in attendance and we left in a taxi, as police still dealing with whatever had happened. Shame again for our kids.
I would not recommend for people with families. Walking back from the station we took a particular street to avoid some of the unsavoury people in the neighbourhood. We did have what appeared to be pimps and prostitutes outside the complex at one point as well.
Level 4 was much quieter, but not enough to avoid hearing the second incident before we left.
We will stay at Minn again but not in this location. Even without children, I would not feel comfortable staying in this neighbourhood.
I did contact Minn Juso to raise my concerns, but understanding that they cannot do much to control the outside area.

Pleasant stay, close to train to Kyoto and Kobe so that was convenient.
Pros:

Spacious enough for Japan accommodation. Washing machine and kitchen able to make simple food and keep clothes clean. Close to bus and train

Cons:

Beds weren’t great - bunk bed mattresses had springs that had definitely seen some action over the years. And we didn’t realise the area was “red light district” so quite noisy at night and lots of “girls” outside our hotel which our children had lots of questions about.

部屋は綺麗で寛げる
Pros:

とにかく駅から近く、お店も多い。部屋はワンルームを貸切にしたような感じで、とても寛げた。トイレ、お風呂が完全に分かれているうえにとても綺麗。大阪駅周辺が高いのでこちらにしてみたが、これからも十分選択肢に入る滞在先となった。1階にあったみんなのトイレという名のトイレもオストメイトまである最新のもので素晴らしかった。

Cons:

施設の入口が雑居ビルに見えて、少し引いてしまった。駅からここまで、夜は客引きの黒スーツのお兄さんたちが結構いた。特に何をされるわけでもないが、若い女性がひとりで歩くには、相応しくないかもしれない。また、夜中に外で喧嘩をしている声が聞こえ起きてしまった。その後パトカーまで来たようで、騒がしかった。
