it was a short trip to Romania but I was happy with the services provided by the hotel staff. They were very polite, helpful, and most very professional.

Rien à dire sur les chambres et la situation de l'hôtel. Tout le problème réside dans le service de restauration. Un service lent, si lent qu'attablés à 20 heures, le serveur nous annonce après le plat qui est arrivé froid à 22 heures qu'il ne nous servira pas de dessert car les cuisines sont fermées. Aucune excuse, aucune explication. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur de ce type d'établissement.

Un hôtel magnifique et des chambres avec un style incroyable

The hotel is nice, the rooms are quite big and cleaned. The hotel has its own parking, which is an advantage, in case you are going by car. The only disadvantage is the location of the hotel, not in the centrum of the city, but this is mentioned in the hotel's description. Anyway, it's a very good option taking into consideration the money you are paying for the room. The breakfast, on the other hand was not so good, not at all as for a 4 star hotel, but maybe this was due to the fact that the hotel was not crowded. All in all, for us it was a nice experience, but if we are returning to cluj, we'll choose a hotel situated in the center of the city, instead of this one.

Overall very good condition of accomodation and good breakfast. Minus point is weak fitness facility which is less equiped than most of home gym. Ventilation system is a bit noisy in bathroom. Minibar price is quite expensive compare to other similar level hotels. Others are perfect including quiete location in residential area.

部屋は広くてベットはキングベットで広々としていて、少し硬めのマットレスでしたか、低反発で寝心地は抜群でした！また、テラスもあり街が一望できて最高のお部屋でした。
部屋は禁煙ですが、テラスでは喫煙も可能でした。

スタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ、お部屋の設備としてゴミ箱がなかったり、テッシュペーパーが無かったのがちょっと不便でした。寒かったのでシャワーからお湯が出るまでに10分ぐらい時間が掛かったので、入る前にお湯が出るか確認して入るのが良いかも。

レストランの食事は美味しかったのですが、注文してから提供されるまで40分も待たされました。宿泊客がおそらく大晦日で私たちしかいなかったようなので…あまり準備してなかったのかな？と思いました。

総合的には大満足のホテルです！

Took a chance on a new area of Cluj for our visit and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great breakfast very spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The hotel is at high point of city so if your walking to center of city and back you will get some cardio in. Highly recommend.

I'm spending my late summer vacation in Da-nang, and staying Briliant Hotel. All staffs in here are so nice, and the veiw of rooftop restaurant is so excenllent. Especially I'd like to thank for Thao's best service!!

I’ve spent 3 nights at this hotel which is new in town, 1 year. As location is a bit far from downtown, if you look for a quite place and getting a taxi wouldn’t mind then it’s okay. Rooms are a bit small for a 4* hotel, if you try to fit to toddler beds then it will be a struggle! It’s manageable but still the left place to move around is not enough specially if you have luggage. Bathrooms are quite small, you ha e amenities and a walk in shower, if you want to wash your kids I advice you to take a soft sower mattress. The fridge in my room was a bit noisy and and air con made some strange noises all night long. Breakfast is ok typical buffet don’t expect something out of ordinary. I would recommend it as a quite place if you travel with kids and you need travel cribs then I advice for two rooms especially if you have luggage.

Nice, clean hotel, a lot of amenities, good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean well working bathroom.
The location is in the middle of nowhere, one would need a car or a taxi to get anywhere. Service was good but very strict, not really accommodating, we asked to check out one hour later but they would not allow it even though the hotel was half empty.

I stayed in May for only two nights.The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, from only a few km from the center. Is a new place with very kind staff and excellent breakfast.
