Pros:

I went in with my wife and they asked her how long she wanted the room for- it's used as a short time hotel same as the other one in the soi. Air con was very good and the Tv, they dont do breakfast. It's OK if you need to stay in the area, three 7/11, a lotus and CJ mini marts within 100 yards, Big C and central store up the road 10 baht bus ride

Pros:

The Expedia link that was emailed for our registration sent the wrong address! We showed up to an apartment building in the bad side of town and had to find the right address ourselves! And it wasn’t a great hotel.

To be true full I found receptionist very rude cleaners were brilliant wifi had two ask three times before getting card tv remote had no batteries same as last year but will come again

Pros:

Nice clean hotel I would say average never came and change sheets or towels we took them to family home as this was my honeymoon very bad Wi-Fi kept breaking up on arrival gave us six bottles of water no kettle coffe or tea in room lived on water and pop no food asked. In email never got reply I would rate this out of ten four

Gotta agree with MrLik. Price was right if you are looking for very basic accommodation, but don't expect service or anyone that can speak english - or, for that matter, anything other than thai.

didn't get clean towels, they didn't sweep the floor and only one bar of soap good for one shower.

far far far off the beaten track - an hour from bangkok international, half an hour from downtown sites - grand palace, river market, main temples etc.

lots of good places to get thai food in small market environment, so that is okay.

Pros:

Not useful for tourist! Far from the main road. The area around the hotel is absolutely not interesting. They don't provide pillow case either. I reserved a room on booking.com. Some day after my dwelling at Latin Garden I has been contacted by Booking cause the hotel doesn't comunicate to Booking my arrival and I seems to "no show" and they could charge me the prize of the room EVENTHOUGH i already dwell and already PAY, I has been lucky cause I kept receipt of payment and i can prove it... Avoid that place!
