Pros:

Excelente localização. Preço justo. Ótimo custo benefício. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Limpeza e organização estão de parabéns. A conservação das instalações fizeram toda diferença, tudo muito bem cuidado. O café da manhã dispensa comentários, na quantidade certa.

Cons:

Uma divulgação melhor do que fazer na cidade.

Menos é mais, café com sabor maravilhoso.
Pros:

O hotel atende às expectativas, geralmente os hotéis em centro de cidades de interior têm suas instalações antigas, diferente do que aconteceu com nossa estadia. O quarto está novo, sem marcas de sujeira, assim como o banheiro, que também está novo. Quanto ao café da manhã, é a frase que menos é mais, poucas opções, mas com muito sabor e também pode pedir para preparar algumas opções sugeridas pelas atendentes sem custo adicional.

Barulho excessivo.
Cons:

Ficamos no 7° andar(716), acima o centro de eventos, a todo momento, dia/noite, arrastar de móveis, movimentação de pessoas, ou seja, barulho ao meu ver(ouvir) em excesso, 6 horas da manhã nem de despertador precisou, o arrastar de móveis já nos acordou, do mais ficou na média.
