Staff was not kind, not helpful. They simply don't care at all. parking fee is quite expensive. First 20 minute is free but you have to check-in in 20 minutes otherwise they are adding 30 CHF to your bill without asking. They removed it after I warned them. They gave me an adaptor and asked me to bring it back maybe 4 times in 5 minutes. It's so rude.

Super Hotel, aber Vorsicht vor Extrakosten...
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht durch seine traumhafte Lage am See, die ehrwürdige Architektur und Ausstattung des Schlosses und ein extrem gut bestücktes und beeindruckendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise wurde versucht, uns ein Zimmer-Upgrade gegen Aufpreis zu verkaufen. Letztlich stellte sich heraus, dass das entsprechende Zimmer ohnehin das einzige freie Zimmer im Hotel war. So eine Erlösoptimierungsstrategie wirkt im Hinblick auf ein Hotel dieser Kategorie unnötig und ärgerlich.
Wir empfehlen, diesbezüglich wachsam zu sein. Lärmempfindliche Menschen sollten die Zimmer zur Strasse hinaus meiden.

Ok but could have been better for the price
Pros:

Location was amazing

Cons:

Room very small, even though advertised there was no air conditioning in the whole hotel. When we asked about it we were told the air conditioning is set not to start until 1st May. Not very good if yo had hot weather like we did before that date.

Great hotel on the Lac Leman
Pros:

The hotel is located in an amazing historical Chateau, right on the lake front. The hotel and room interiors were amazing.
I also got a free room upgrade, which is great! The breakfast was quite good, especially the fruits.

Cons:

Hotel parking is quite small and rather expensive (30 CHF) for an open-air parking. I could charge my car for free though (but this is only a bonus if you can use it).

Water pressure in the shower and bath taps was very weak.

Zalig genieten in wondermooie omgeving!
Pros:

Prachtige ligging aan het meer en ook heel smaakvol ingericht. Daarbij zeer vriendelijke en efficiënte medewerkers en ook een zeer uitgebreid en top ontbijt! Lekkere cocktails op het mooie terras.
