Comfortable room - basic service and facilities
Pros:

Good location, big and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Had to preorder breakfast before 7pm night before, no staff in the building after 8pm and no bar or evening food available in premises - all a bit impersonal and poor facility for the cost

Wonderful homely boutique hotel.
Pros:

Welcoming staff, friendly and helpful. Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious rooms. Great choice of cooked breakfasts to suit all dietary requirements. Good central location should you want to explore the town. Great location for exploring further afield. Highly recommend.

Super friendly and helpful, a cute little stay over
Pros:

We stayed in Biggar for a wedding, we were running a bit short on time, but the manager met us on arrival allowed us to check in early and leave our bags. We made it just on time.
Super friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious. Couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

Perhaps just an oversight but we only had 1 big towel for the two of us when showering.
