Nice easy stay
Pros:

Very nice and helpful personnel. Good food and nice tent rooms. We spend pleasant few days here with safari to Tsavo. We even asked for kenian breakfast instead of typical ones in the menu and they prepared it for us.

Algunas cosas bien, otras fatal.
Pros:

El personal es amable. Nos proporcionaron el contacto de un safari a buen precio. Nos dieron una habitación mejor porque la tenian libre. Las instalaciones tienen potencial y estan limpias, pero no han cuidado los detalles y deberian revisar la limpieza de la piscina, estaba llena de algas. Por la zona que es, esta bien de precio.

Cons:

Nos decepcionó mucho la comida y los precios en general. Para empezar y lo mas importante, la comida era de muy baja calidad y recalentada durante varios días varias veces. Eso es extremadamente peligroso, comer algo de eso era jugar a la ruleta rusa y no solo puede arruinar tus vacaciones, sino enfermar gravemente. Luego no nos enseñaron la carta con precios y por suerte preguntamos antes de pedir, precios absolutamente abusivos. Solo te ofrecen la opcion de buffet, a 2000 ksh (!) por persona. El agua de 1,5L a 500ksh (!), cuando en los bares y hoteles suele estar a 150ksh y en las tiendas a 50ksh. Necesitabamos hacer una colada de ropa y pedian entre 150 y 250 ksh por prenda, saliendo a unos 3000ksh una colada de ropa de 3 días. Cervezas o refrescos lo mismo. El primer dia decidimos acercarnos al pueblo y pudimos encontrar una especie de pizzeria que hacia delivery a buen precio, pero como es comprensible mucha gente lo desconoce y es muy decepcionante, mas cuando el sitio tiene potencial.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Impala. Uns gefällt es hier. Tom der Besitzer unterstüzte uns in vielerlei Hinsicht und war super flexibel

Pros:

Man konnte prima am Pool entspannen. Das Frühstück konnte täglich neu gewählt werden und war frisch zubereitet. Am Abend konnte man sich a la carte bekommen lassen und es hat gut geschmeckt.

Relaxing stay enjoying safari
Pros:

Lovely pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Got to choose our personalised breakfast every night. Close to town and Tsavo gate. Nice touches such as a hairdryer, slippers and toiletries, very well thought out. Tom the owner also spent ages trying to get the football for our boys on the big TV, really kind.

Matig verblijf. Maar te duur in vergelijking met andere accommodaties
Pros:

Voor 1 overnachting maximum. Het zwembad is een plus. Maar prijs QUALITY overprized

Cons:

We hadden een kamer, maar gezien de werkzaamheden werden we in muffe tenten gestoken. Het eten duurde erg lang vooraleer het klaar was. De pizza’s waren wel heel lekker.

Perfect for affordable short stays in Voi
Pros:

An affordable option either for a night before catching a train in Voi, or as a base for a cheaper safari experience.. It's 12-min drive from both the SGR station and the Voi gate in Tsavo East. Good breakfast included, surprisingly big pool, rooms clean and comfortable enough. If the dinner buffet doesn't appeal, there are cheaper à la carte options.

Cons:

Bathroom a little dated. Dinner buffet was not very exciting.

Séjour à impala safari lodge
Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’Impala Safari Lodge. Tom, le responsable de l’hôtel, a été très sympathique et nous a beaucoup aidés à organiser notre arrivée depuis la gare SGR de Voi ainsi qu’à trouver un guide pour le safari et un taxi. Cela a été très appréciable pour nous.

Nous avons également apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel et avons été heureux de rencontrer des personnes si gentilles, notamment Mary, Janette, Jacob et tous les autres dont nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas les prénoms.

Le site est très typique et agréable.

Nous avons dormi dans un grand appartement comprenant trois chambres, avec un lit double, deux lits de 120 cm et deux lits de 90 cm, ce qui était très confortable pour notre famille.
Le confort était au rendez-vous avec la télévision, clim, ventilateurs, bouteilles d'eau et le wifi gratuit.

La piscine était très agréable, surtout avec les températures élevées.
Les repas étaient très bons, sous forme de buffet chaud et froid, avec un mélange de plats locaux et occidentaux.

Nous aurions apprécié une petite musique d’ambiance locale, mais nous avons en revanche passé de bons moments à discuter avec le personnel et avec Tom.

En conclusion, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et gardons un bon souvenir de cet endroit.

Cons:

Un petit point d’amélioration concerne les douches : les pommeaux de douche mériteraient d’être réparés ou remplacés.
