O hotel fica em frente a um posto de combustível com conveniência 24h, onde havia som alto e barulho durante a noite. Dentro do próprio hotel também havia um ruído constante de motor, e os funcionários não souberam informar a origem. Além disso, o interfone não foi atendido, e tivemos que descer até a recepção durante a madrugada para tentar falar com eles.
