ทำเลที่ตั้ง และราคาคุ้มกับเงินที่จ่าย ที่พักตั้งอยู่ถนนหลักเดินทางสะดวก และยิ่งสำหรับคนที่จะมาเที่ยวสวนดอกไม้ในบริการใกล้เคียงมีหลายแห่ง สามารถเดินเท้าไปได้ ไปช่วงเย็น และเช้าก็จะได้แสงสวย ไม่เร่งรีบไม่ต้องแย่งกับคนอื่น
