Staffs are prompt to fix any issue

While there were issues garden court was very quick to accommodate and send me to another hotel in the same family branch. My stay was great and the included breakfast was excellent.

Nice & welcoming place. The staff were courteous and my check-in was frictionless, under 5 minutes. My room was well prepared except there was no fridge & water. However, I enjoyed my breakfast. The only issue I had was the noise from cars as the place is not noise proof.

Room and bathroom was dirty with hair stuck on towels and all over the sink, no water was provided in room. It was a 4 sleeper but only 2 mugs and glasses provided. Lights worked randomly. Room service was non-existent, i called room service from my room to be told they dont do room service i have to come collect my food and drinks myself and take it back to the room. No variety on desserts and food. Very limited and options that was available, they didnt actually have. The guy at the restaurant was meant to call me back after checking with kitchen and forgot. When i called him back he says oh I forgot to call you!! We wanted to move rooms and receptionist just looks at us and sighs to our face showing she wasnt in the mood to assist and says theres no rooms available for us yet the hotel had so few guests. In the rooms we woke up to hearing people screaming and fights from another room. Experience was horrible and i would not recommend this hotel. I travel often and this was my worst experience from all places i have been before.

I was literally forced to pay food I did not eat
Veggies were raw
She questioned if is 1st time I eat lamb.
The most diabolitical food I ever ate

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and competent staff.

Security outside the hotel is a concern, and my room’s deadbolt/internal lock was broken. I asked for it to be fixed but it was left broken.
No wash cloths, no hair shampoo/conditioner, slow check in (system was down), and charged for an extra day because my flights were delayed and it was too late to change the reservation. Regardless, they gave my room away and it was not ready for me upon my arrival.
Breakfast was good though. Bed is comfortable.

Overall a nice stay, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast serving was very nice too. Everyone was friendly so it was just some small hiccups here and there that keeps me from giving it 4 points. For example when I came to my room the safety box didn't work, I asked in the reception for help and they would send someone right away. I waited for 45 min then gave up and carried my passport and extra cash with me. My check out day was wrong and the key card stopped working after 3 days. The restaurant wanted my room number when ordering a dinner that me and a couple of friends decided to have so I assumed they put it on the room but they prompted that we payed before leaving the restaurant. If you stay to eat at the restaurant have the buffet instead as I tried that too and I think that was better.

Easy access but no lotion and wash clothes

The hotel food service is trash, everyday we had to wait hours to get our dinner, our order miraculously vanished and we had to start from scratch. Ordered same meals on two separate days but it was not the same. The staff are not helpful, had to wait 30 minutes to get a simple straw for my drink. They gaslight you when they can’t deliver their services and plays a victim.

I had fond memories of Garden Courts. Booked into Millpark Garden Court with chrcking in not bad. I requested a quoet room away from highway and was confirmed. When I walked in the room it was not quiet and facing the highway. When I used the aircon it was louder than a truck. Went to front desk and complained. Was promptly move to another room. Was still facing the highway but aircon was little quieter. Still not the best but ok. The bathroom light kept fashing the whole 3 days I was there. The dinner was dissapointing and trying to get your food was a mess and payment was chaos. Breakfast was ok. I will vissit this hotel again in October and I will request again the same as before and will review again. Let us see if this was a onetime mess or not. I will report back

Breakfast was a disaster with no cheese for omelette,and all the coffee machines broken not working.Food was cold,it really was just not good.
I was disappointed with food.Ice machines not working the Saturday and as such we could not have ice.
Please attend to the above as these are very important issues to your patrons
