Cons:

I booked a non refundable room. Needing 2 queen beds, handicap accessible with a roll in shower. I paid for this back in February.
Showed up yesterday and was told my prepaid non refundable room type was not available. I was not notified in advance of this and wasn't even given an apology 😒. Just a "rooms requested are never promised, things happen." We were given the option of a standard queen with non handicap bathrooms, but was I welcome to head down to the pool area to shower, or a king bed with handicap shower.
Again. No apology or notification.

Our stay was short but great!! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay as always. We LOVE Hampton Inn. Always clean and accommodating. We don’t stay at any other hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they hold $100 on your card for incidentals. We haven’t been charged that before.

A nice spur of the moment get away that yielded great results.
Pros:

The location has a great proximity to Mohegan Sun Casino. They also offer a shuttle to the casino. The pool is great along with the adjacent hot tub with a waterfall feature cascading hot water.

Cons:

The property does not have any gazebo or outside features for lounging.

Faucet handles in shower were too loose so water fluctuated between very hot and cold not staying at a reasonable temperature
