Nothing..all was good
I loved the hot tub and the pool. The staff were super nice and helpful and the little hotel shop was a great convenience.
I didnt know I would have to pay an additional 100 on top of the nearby 500 for 3 nights until we got there to check in. The black sheet on the box springs were both hanging off on both beds. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I did accidently book the handicapped room but one serious not was the massive slip risk in the bathroom. Love the fact someone in a wheelchair can use that room but the dangerous conditions with the water run off is crazy we used wayy to many towels to sop the water up which led us to have to keep asking for more towels every single night. Also the shower temp nozzle wouldnt stay, I like it semi hot and when id put it there over the course of a few mins the nozzle would drop to burning hot. I also found it incredibly odd that the housekeepers only come every other day. We were a family of 4 and we're given one extra roll of single ply toliet paper. So every single night we had to ask for an extra roll and more towels.
The breakfast was decent not amazing but decent I really appreciated the dairy free/gluten free muffins.
We have stayed at better hotels for less cost. This is our second stay at a Hampton and I have to say I probably wont be staying with our family at one again.
That all aside the staff was great.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I just wish the shade and curtain kept the room darker in the morning.
The view of the cemetery!!! The breakfast was nice and coffee all day was amazing. The little bar and seating areas as well.
Nothing everything was great
The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of breakfast for all guests, the pool and hot was nice, it was clean. Even tho it’s next to the high way the 5th floor was quiet and I didn’t hear the cars pull the blinds and the rooms completely dark and quiet.
We had three adults and a child in the king room with a pull out couch it would have been nice to have enough pillows for the pull out couch but we made it work I didn’t wanna bother asking for two pillows lol.
Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had good selection available.
I was not a fan of the sliding door on the bathroom. But the room was clean and comfy.
It was close by to mohagan sun 😎
The staff was friendly and cared about us. When we walked in our room, the tv was on, and it said, "Welcome Angela". That was cool.
