Great!!
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the main square and the iconic train to Port de Soller (and Palma). Lovely to be able to jump in a nice pool after a long warm day. Lovely rooms with history, and good breakfast!

Belle hôtel
Pros:

Un personnel très attentionné. Nous avons demandé une chambre PMR et nous avons eu une chambre en dehors de l'hôtel mais confortable et propre.
L'hôtel est charmant dans un ancien bâtiment tres bien entretenu.

Cons:

La piscine et l'hôtel n'est pas accessible. J'aurais apprécié avoir cette information au préalable.
Par contre nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine d'un hôtel proche et avons apprécié cette attention.
Le strapoentin de la salle de bain pmr n'est pas tres solide.

Inmejorable
Pros:

Maravillosa atención. Hay estacionamiento. Bello estéticamente del hotel, que además es restaurante. La ubicación inmejorable. Lo mejor fue la atención cuando llegamos tarde nos esperaban con impecabilidad. Mucho mas bello que las fotos!

The location and pool were great.

Cons:

One of the things we were most disappointed with was the hotel's lack of flexibility regarding our reservation. We emailed six days before our arrival to cancel one night for one of our two rooms. I had mistakenly believed the Booking.com cancellation policy allowed cancellations up to 24 hours in advance, but the hotel advised that their policy required seven days' notice.
As a result, we were charged the full €175 for a room that was never used. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, it was disappointing that the hotel was unwilling to accommodate our request or offer any compromise, especially since we were only one day outside the cancellation window and were still keeping the second room reservation.
A small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way and would have left us with a much better impression of the hotel's customer service.

Highly recommend! Perfect location and lovely staff! The restaurant have a beautiful menu with local dishes and local wines. For sure I will come back !

Pros:

Great location in bustling Soller. Very near the tram to the port.
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast and breakfast staff was great.

Cons:

We did get stuck in town with the market and had to change our plans because we couldn’t get our car out of town. Would have been helpful to know that at check-in.

Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany. Dziękujemy.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu w samym centrum Soller, blisko do parkingu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, kontakt z obiektem bezproblemowy i szybki. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadania wyśmienite. Miejsce godne polecenia i powrotu do niego.

Cons:

Chociaż to nie uwaga do Hotelu to warto zwrócić uwagę innych na to, że jeżdżąc samochodem trzeba bardzo uważać na wąskie uliczki i dużą ilość ulic jednokierunkowych. Ciężko się poruszać większym samochodem. Mieliśmy mały problem z dojazdem po ciemku, dużo kluczyliśmy po uliczkach zanim dotarliśmy do celu.

Nice hotel. Just don't get the room off reception
Pros:

The hotel was central and clean. The staff were helpful. Super easy walk to the shops, bars a restaurants. Also the tram stop was very close.

Cons:

We had a room just off the reception. It was very very noisy throughout the day.

Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung super und sauber. Sehr zentrale Lage. Frühstück im Hof.

Cons:

Poolbereich leider etwas abgewetzt (kaputte Stühle, Handtücher und Gläser lagen ein Tag rum. Schade mit wenigen Maßnahmen könnte man es ideal machen.

Just what we needed - the only hiccup was with parking, and we rented too large a car.
Pros:

Location is excellent for exploring the city. Rooms are comfortable, and ours had an exceptional mountain view. The small pool was excellent for cooling off on hot days.

Cons:

it would be helpful to have advance warning about what streets to use (or not use!) when driving to the property. Our offsite parking was a littel difficult to manage, but manage we did.

Aufenthalt im Hotel El Guia
Pros:

Sehr nah am Stadtkern und trotzdem ruhig, guter Service. Schön, dass es einen Spa-Bereich gibt mit Pool.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zu eintönig und hätte etwas Abwechslung verdient. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Ist mit Gepäck etwas ungünstig.
