Heerlijk centraal
Pros:

De locatie was perfect, super centraal. Het is raadzaam om een parkeerplek via het hotel te regelen omdat het hele dorp ongeveer autovrij is.

Très mauvais-à fuir

L emplacement

Cons:

Habituées des hôtels 4* et plus, c'était une des pires expériences. Tout commence avec le manque d'informations pour arriver en voiture à votre hôtel. Parking non disponible on nous dit de passer à l'hôtel pour déposer les bagages mais c'est un cauchemar pour arriver jusque là et il nya aucun endroit pour s'arrêter proche de l'hôtel. On a dû traverser le vieux centre, dans des rues très étroites, heureusement qu'on avait une petite voiture et au risque de se faire sanctionner. D'autres clients ont aussi galéré de part ce manque d'informations (et suffit de regarder les avis internet). Il serait peut être temps d'y trouver une solution dans votre communication. Au final on s'est retrouvées dans un mauvais parking et on a du payer une amende de 30 euros !!!!
Ensuite, aucun acessoire de toilettes dans la salle de bain. Un pauvre gel douche et savon pour les mains.
Là chambre est très petite et le lit si petit qu'on ne peut même pas s'y tourner à 2. Même les oreillers dépassaient du lit car ils étaient plus grands. On a très mal dormi et étions crevées le lendemain. Ajoutez à cela la climatisation qui vous souffle directement sur le lit, on a du l'éteindre et on s'est réveillées car il faisait une chaleur étouffante.
Là chambre n'est pas isolée et il y'a beaucoup de bruit. Dans la rue comme dans les chambres de l'hôtel.
Ensuite, le petit déjeuner est sans plus. Œufs brouillés secs, pas de réapprovisionnement quand il n'y avait plus de fromage par exemple. Les fruits ne donnaient vraiment pas envie non plus. Le serveur était cependant très agréable et faisait de son mieux.
Aucun endroit où se poser hors de la chambre, sauf 3 fauteuils à l'accueil parmi les valises et les check in check out, vraiment pas cosy. La salle de restaurant fait vieillotte, même l'odeur. Heureusement il y avait la terrasse pour petit déjeuner.

Le tout ne valait absolument pas les 200 euros payés.

Pros:

I had both breakfast and dinner included, and the dinner was absolutely fantastic. The staff were wonderful, very friendly, and welcoming. I really loved my stay here. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect.
