Conforto ruim, custo benefício não adequado, funcionários da recepção não preparados.
Pros:

A limpeza estava adequada.

Cons:

Os travesseiros são horríveis.
A recepção pediu para tirar uma fotocópia da identidade da minha filha, fiz uma pesquisa na internet e dizia que eu não era obrigada já que estava apresentando documentos originais, ela mudou o tratamento na hora sendo super seca nos demais encaminhamentos.
