Localização muito boa, e limpeza e apartamento de Ibis, sempre segue a mesma regra.

Atendimento de chek-in muito demorado, e não é a primeira vez que tenho a mesma experiência. Precisa estar com muita vontade para se hospedar neste hotel. Perguntei no ckek in sobre o café da manhã e fui informado para pagar no dia seguinte, porem quando fui pagar o valor era maior. Perguntei o porque e fui informado que para vc pagar o valor menor, precisaria ser feito no chek in. Bem precisa de treinamento para os funcionários e mais gente atendendo em horário de entrada.
