O quarto é bastante limpo. As camas não são ruins e ar condicionado funciona bem. Café da manhã dentro do esperado. Ótima localização, mas já é quase na saída de Vitória, limite entre Vitória e Serra.

O estacionamento é rotativo. Ou seja, não é garantido que você vai ter vaga. Se estiver cheio, não terá e isso não fica claro no anúncio do hotel. Eu não tive problemas pq consegui guardar meu carro. Mas pode acontecer de não ter vaga

Gostei muito da limpeza do quarto, não havia nenhuma sujeira no piso. O Banheiro estava limpo e organizado. O Ar condicionado estava com pouco ruído e limpo, havia uma mesa e uma escrivanhinha para trabalhos sentados.

Cons:

Eu fiquei na cobertura 3, devido ao fechamento lateral em vidro simples o ruído foi muito intenso a noite, eu tive dificuldade em dormir. O Wi-Fi estava instável e com baixa velocidade.
