Top Lage, fussläufig zum Fussball - Museum und in die Fussgängerzone sowie ins Unionsviertel und zum Dortmunder U. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück und grosser Fernseher zum Fussball gucken vorhanden😀

Cons:

Bei der Hitze draussen haben wir eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vermisst. Im Bad wären mehr Aufhänge-/ Ablage Möglichkeiten auch schön. Aber das ist gemeckert auf hohem Niveau.

Helemaal prima voor de prijs die het kost.
Pros:

Ik was een beetje huiverig door het lezen van de reviews maar dat was absoluut nergens voor nodig. De buitenkant is niet erg uitnodigend maar als je eenmaal bij de receptie bent ziet het er heel netjes en modern uit. Inchecken ging heel snel. We hadden 2 kamers 103+104. Waren echt gewoon helemaal prima kamers. Zag er netjes uit, mooi ingericht en bedden ook helemaal prima. Voor de prijs helemaal super.

Cons:

Er is geen airco het was erg warm zelfs met ramen open geslapen. Ventilators zouden fijn zijn geweest.
Ook geen koelkastje of koffie faciliteiten in de kamer.
Voegen bij de douche hebben wat schimmel.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt fußnah zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und auch das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt würde ich es empfehlen.

Pros:

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super Zentral mitten in der Stadt. Laut meiner Buchung hatte ich wohl ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude reserviert- das war eigentlich nicht so geplant. Beim Check-in war der Mitarbeiter jedoch unglaublich freundlich und hat mich gebeten, etwas zu warten. Dafür habe ich anschließend ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude bekommen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service und die herzliche Betreuung.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte. Gerade an warmen Tagen wäre diese sehr angenehm gewesen. Ansonsten war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.
