Pros:

Zentrale Lage, fussläufig vom Hauptbahnhof und ÖNV, Grösse des Zimmers.
Zugang zum Gedäude nur mit Schlüsselkarte. Nebengebäude war klar bezeichnet und somit leicht zu finden. Aufzug.

Cons:

Das bei der Buchung nicht die Adresse des Nebengebäudes ersichtlich war. Kein Wasserkocher vorhanden. Lage des Nebengebäudes (Obdachlosenplatz, Drogensuchtzentrum in direkter Nachbarschaft), gerade Nachts als Alleinreisende Person fühlt man sich nicht so wohl

Wir mussten in das alte City Hotel, welches jetzt auch zur Wyndham Kette gehört laufen. Das war nirgends erwähnt und ist eine Frechheit.

They need to be honest that the hotel Is next to a block of flats where dug deal occurs outside door

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Cons:

Schade war, dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Zum Glück war das Parkhaus am Hauptbahnhof nicht weit entfernt.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang

Cons:

Es fehlte ein Handtuchhalter beim Waschbecken (Zimmer 210). Auch finde ich es nicht gut, dass das WC keinen Deckel hatte und die Vorhänge etwas zerrissen waren.

Pros:

Staff was great and very friendly

Cons:

The hotel has two buildings – one right on the main shopping street and another about 600m away, opposite an addiction centre. I’m from Frankfurt and work in the Bahnhofsviertel, so I’m definitely not easily put off, but I didn’t feel comfortable there on my own at night. The staff were great though and moved me to the other building straight away when I asked. As a couple it might have been fine, but I do think the difference in location should be reflected in the price.
