Pros:

Micul dejun variat, locația aproape de gara cu legături directe către gara centrală ( centru Amsterdam).

Cons:

Nu s-a făcut in nici o zi curățenie in camera ( 3 nopti), personal arogant si nepregătit, deșii am avut rezervata si plătită o camera superioara inițial ne-au dat o camera standard si dupa multe insistente si explicații au schimbat camera si ne-au dat ceea ce plătisem.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in unangenehmer Umgebung
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind auf jeden Fall die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, der unkomplizierte Kontakt vor Ort, das faire Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die gute und schnelle Anbindung an den Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt an diesem Wochenende war leider sehr enttäuschend. Untergebracht waren wir im Nebengebäude im Erdgeschoss – direkt in einer Gegend, die auf uns extrem unsicher und ungepflegt wirkte. Vor dem Gebäude hielten sich dauerhaft Personen auf, die offensichtlich Drogen konsumierten, wodurch man sich als Gast alles andere als wohlgefühlt hat. Teilweise wurde man sogar angesprochen bzw. belästigt.

Die Umgebung war laut, schmutzig und insgesamt sehr unangenehm. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass uns an der Rezeption noch ein „sehr schönes Komfortzimmer“ angekündigt wurde. Die Realität sah leider ganz anders aus: Das Zimmer wirkte deutlich schlechter als die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude, war sehr hellhörig und insgesamt wenig einladend.

Natürlich kann ein Hotel nicht die komplette Umgebung kontrollieren, aber als Gast wünscht man sich zumindest ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ehrlichkeit bei der Beschreibung der Zimmer – das war hier leider überhaupt nicht gegeben. Für uns definitiv kein Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen würden.

Sängen hade en stor fläck på sängbotten men annars var allt rent och städat
